I’m a loyal customer of Pinecrest Bakery, but I have to say the Miami Beach location is my favorite. Jennifer always makes the best café con leche, and Alieranne never fails to brighten my day with her warm smile and charming service. She truly makes sure every customer gets the best experience. Thank you Mami beach Pinecrest Bakery

Food was cold in the center. The cashier seemed to be having a very bad day.

Honestly, this was the worst pandebono I’ve ever tried in my life. I can’t even say I ate it, I returned it to the girl who sold it to me, telling her it was hard as a rock. She simply said, “that’s what came in today.” Totally disappointing. Avoid this place if you can. And the smell of the place … was absolutely disgusting

Delicious pastries & coffee. My favorite are the beef pastelitos, 10/10 recommend. I love that they are open so late too.

Came here for my break at work, the place is empty
Took them 45 minutes to make a Cuban sandwich, there’s no one the take accountability for the issue. When the sandwich is ready they handed it over almost thrown it in my face

VERY RACIST.
Every time I go into this bakery, there’s a racial undertone in how they greet you, handle transactions, and even how they speak (or don’t speak) when you leave. Most of the time, they don’t say anything at all. But the moment a Spanish customer walks in behind you, it’s “Hola” and “¿Cómo estás?” with a completely different level of friendliness and energy.

At first, I thought it might just be me since I work in the area, but after visiting two or three times, I realized it’s a pattern. I even asked my co-workers if they noticed the same thing — and they did. My African-American co-workers said the exact same thing: this bakery gives off racial energy. They do not greet or treat Black customers the same way.

I wouldn’t recommend this bakery to anyone who isn’t Latino. I’ve worked on Miami Beach for 14 years and have supported local businesses in the area for over 15 years. This one stands out — and not in a good way. I prefer to go to CAO Bakery & Café down the street. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and professional.

I will not be returning to this bakery.

I ordered a med cafe con Leche as usual.
I asked for the cinnamon dispenser and the gentleman who made my drink said only cappuccino takes cinnamon. Very silly reaction don't go after 9:00 pm on Saturdays.
