Love the fact that it’s black owned and the food is great people are going to have different prospective but we are all in it to win it

Don’t even bother. It’s not open. I tried my hardest to support exclusively black owned restaurants while in South Beach. Disappointed with what I seen. There is no signage indicating the restaurant exists.

Managers jumping employees, ummm tacky, especially a good employee trying to help your trifling tail. 1 Star for a chicken and the other for a waffle!!!?

Brunch buffet was more than we were originally told on event Brite, but we stayed, and we are glad we did. The tequila sunrise shots at entry were the start to a wonderful time. The food was magnificent, the best grits ever. The lasagna, bacon, eggs, chicken and waffles. Then the mimosas. It was included in our brunch price. We had to have about 6 each. Its definitely a turn up spit. If turn up is not what you want, do not go.WE Loved every minute!!

My family visited here while celebrating my sister's 50th birthday. We paid about $50 per person for the Sunday brunch. No lines because we came when they 1st opened. Music was EXTREMELY LOUD and for the younger people but I didn't mind. The food was DELICIOUS!! They had a large buffet with a variety of foods. The mac n cheese was to die for!!! Unlimited mimosa and it had SOME KICK!! Chef Lawrence was extremely friendly. He walked around and checked on the patrons and took pictures. Great time and we will definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Horrible staff. Horrible Food. Horrible Ambience. They should pay customers to even patronize.

My husband and I wanted to experience the 'Sunday Brunch' while hanging out in Miami. I've watched the show since the first season and was anticipating a satisfying and enjoyable experience but our actual visit was anything but that?! The brunch consisted of greasy, paper thin bacon, rubbery/powdered eggs, watery (liquafied), unsalted grits, undiscernibly flavored pasta, a 1-2 day old rice dish and the 'signature' chicken and waddles which was both chopped up in mini bits and pieces and was all served up in huge bus boy buckets on a rickety picnic table. It was a particularly hot day but since the restaurant was crowded, we were seated outside on mismatched Walmart clearance sale patio furniture where we had to BEG and run down the servers for the 'complementary' mimosas. I had such high hopes for this place as I want to see Lawrence succeed. We saw both Yandy and Lawrence and I will say they were both friendly and warm and ended up being the highlight of our visit NOT THE FOOD! After spending more than $100 for less than subpar food, eating (and sweating) out back whilst swatting flies, I can honestly say that was our First and Last time dining at the Pink Teacup Villa.

I'm amazed at the amount of negative comments. DISREGARD and try the place for yourself. The food was fantastic.. the ribs fall off the bone and the Mac and cheese is southern to the core. The waitress was fantastic and the owner/chef introduced himself. GREAT VIBES. We will be back for brunch

The music is bumping like you're walking into a nightclub. The waffles & catfish are perfection. Indoor and outdoor seating. Quieter outside. Two levels. Very nice decor. The waffles are fluffy and delicate with just right amount of sweetness. The catfish was deliciously seasoned. Hot and fresh. A hit paired with a pineapple mojito! Fern is a beautiful and awesome waitperson. I love her. My new friend Kamela got a photo with the owner. #HustleAndSoul

HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️ The owner/chef is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Employees are not being paid and have been working for months. The food is mediocre and my crab boil had a roach in it ?DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
