Really sucks, we made an order on the website, it arrived after an hour and ten minutes it was cold Among the dishes were salads that we did not order We asked for sauces on the side - none came I make sure to eat at kosher places and it sucks that it's the service

If I could rate a 0 star I would do it. The chicken was raw, the restrooms are dirty, there’s no place to park and it is really expensive. When I talked to the manager to show him the chicken was raw he said “but it’s only one piece” when it actually was the whole shawarma wrap. The worst experience.

Wow!! High level of space!! The special place where you hardly wait!! And there is excellent service!! High quality food and fun atmosphere and music in the place. Also a great parking lot!
I recently visited this shawarma restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed completely disinterested in helping customers, and I was met with rudeness when I tried to ask a simple question about the menu.
The waiting time was unreasonable, even though the restaurant was not busy. When I finally got my order, it was wrong, and the staff showed no willingness to fix it. Instead, they were dismissive and acted like I was a bother for pointing out their mistake.
Overall, the rude attitude of the staff and lack of basic customer service skills completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant meal or even basic respect as a customer. There are plenty of other shawarma spots in town that know how to treat people right — I suggest going to one of those instead.
