We went twice during our stay at the Fontainebleau. The first time, we had an 8:30 PM reservation and the kitchen had run out of the chicken sandwich and, essentially gave us the last cut of steak, which was about 1/3 fat. They shouldn't have served it. I should have sent it back. The second night, we made sure to go earlier, at 8:00. The steak was excellent and the chicken sandwich was as well. We also had the deluxe burger, which was juicy and wonderful. Moral of the story is to get there before things run out.
Food was good, but service was slow and not detail oriented (salad never came, food plated with no silverware). Staff not attentive and/or forgetful. Waiter seemed upset.
It took 40 minutes to get the food while the restaurant was not busy, maybe only about 1/3 full. The wedge salad was tasteless and the burger overdone and poor quality.
Great service and the food was good. Menu is limited. Every restaurant and bar adds a service charge for everything so get your wallet out!
Overpriced, over salted food and terrible service where we had to call the waiter just to get water. Completely inattentive and waiter barely paid attention.
Out server was nice, but seemed annoyed that we requested a booth for convenience (one person in our party had a mobility issue and the booth was easier and higher to navigate than our other option). We ordered drink and appetizers, the first round of drinks came out slow, but we were able to enjoy them with our appetizers. Our meals came out and we ordered a second round of drinks and it was 15-20 minutes before we received them, we had nearly finished our entrees. The service needs tweaking and can stand to be polished.
Sounded like the club scene in Blade, the wings had anorexia and sodas were $6 per can! Venture down the road for something better off the reservation.
Arcadia Grill was a convenient nice touch for a quick meal. The pasta was fresh, flavorful and delicious.

We arrived and was brought to our table the servers were lovely and helpful so we ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken wings for starters and pizza for mains, sticks were really good but the wings were dreadful it was like they were cooked before and then deep fried to a crisp the bones were even burnt, we still go charged for them after pointing it out so we won't be going back anytime soon, pizza was ok but nothing special
Great food, great service, excellent location.
Easy to find down the stairs in the lobby.
The pizza was easy to order and pickup, and we also sat for lunch one day. Shares staff with Prime 54 & Mirabella it would appear.

So let me start off this was a lunch that we had for 2 people. The food was excellent and the service was also pretty good, attentive. So let's get the big down side.. THE PRICE! Lunch was $108 for a grilled chicken Caesar Salad, a pizza, an order of garlic knots with 2 teas.. WAY over Priced!

Food took forever. Horrible service. The food was actually good though. Did not consider allergens and was horrible at resolving issue. A new person came out every time to serve the food causing horrible correspondence.

We had a great meal here and had the Vodka pizza, chicken burger and the Rigatoni. All were really good sized portions and tasted great. Service was good and quick but we didn't feel rushed to leave. Would eat here again
The pizza was very good & tasty. I'm not a fan of dry rub, so next time I will skip the wings. But the ranch & other dipping sauces made them go from 5 to 8. The burger was really good. Loved the flavor. Could have been bigger for the price. I'm from Texas & burgers are huge in Texas. During my 4 day stay, we ate here twice. Very kid friendly... Add chicken strips and you got a 10+ We always have kidos with us. And that's one of their favorites.
