My husband and I recently stayed at the Fontainebleau Miami and decided to grab a bite at Arkadia Grill. We were greeted right away and directed where to check in. There was a bit of a wait to be seated, but since there was a DattoCon convention going on, it was understandable. Once seated, service moved quickly ,our server was helpful and answered our menu questions. Drinks and food came out fast, and everything was delicious! We ordered the steak, hamburger, and some wings, all flavorful and cooked perfectly. The mojito was really good too. Prices were decent overall, though the included gratuity makes it a bit on the pricey side. Still, it's a great spot if you're looking for quick yet fresh American food and drinks while staying at the resort.

The food was decent. A little overpriced, and that’s to be expected for any in-hotel dining experience. The staff was ok - seems like they were spread a little thin. The atmosphere is a little confusing. Not sure what the vibe is they’re going for. It’s like an odd blend of pub, American sports bar, and dive bar all in one.

Place is a rip-off. Two Tito's Moscow Mules are $26 each? I'm from Silicon Valley, and even there they don't charge that much for a simple cocktail in a copper cup. And the bill was charged to my room --I never agreed to this. Nothing special about the food I ordered. And it was only me--hostess will ask you to sit at the bar if it's only you. Half the restaurant was empty; plenty of tables were empty. It was 8:45pm when I arrived. I was a hotel guest. Not coming back.

Nice place to get away from the loud crowd above at the blue hotel. A little difficult to find the opening to the restaurant, which is small staircase going downstairs near the front door. Signage could be better. Food was good. Service was excellent. Would recommend for a quick bite late at night.

Place has a nice vibe but the food was very mid. Caesar salad was weird and not good. Pizza was okay but super greasy. Service was terrible. Waitress never came to check on us, we had to flag her down every time. Drinks were always empty. Not worth the price at all.

The pizza was so greasy it dripped oil on our plates. After giving us our food, server never came back, to provide water or drinks. Other staff had to find him so I could pay bill.

Very nice place to dine in. The staff is very friendly and professional and the food is delicious and they have a good variety of options to choose from. The prices are reasonable and good value.
Decent food but very slow service. The garlic knots were tasty but took a while to come out and the staff waited even longer to take our main order. The deluxe burger and fries were pretty good, but the waiter took a long time to give us our check. The ambiance and food quality were fine, but it shouldn’t take almost 2 hours for a burger and garlic knots.

Menu did not have a good variety of options. Ordered the black label burger and it was over cooked and under seasoned. Chicken francaise dish did not come with pasta. Other than the food everything about this place was nice. But I wouldn't recommend it.

Took long to be seated. Had to wait upstairs. Then waited again downstairs. Pizza was very greasy and had to blot it on a napkin. They were out of the appetizer ordered.. not a big fan. Things have definitely changed over past couple of years..
