A total disappointment. In this place, managers should be attentive to employees. Today I went with my daughter. Very excited because she received a pass from her school to claim a slice of pizza. A lady at the register received the sheet with my 7 year old daughter's name on it and said wait while they prepare it. We decided to wait. After 40 minutes we told him how much time was left. I'll be contacting their corporate office after this weekend to get my money back for the product I was dissatisfied with on the account of terrible managing etiquette. The woman that takes the orders can barely speak English let alone comprehend it. I was dismissed over the phone and not prioritized as a paying customer for the establishments own discrepancy. Unacceptable! Horrible customer service and the pizza was mediocre at best!

I am visiting from Texas and this was the worse experience I had with Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza with double beef and received a pizza with half beef. When I called the store the manager told me in english that she doesn't speak English and hung up in my face. Do not order from here if you are a visitor!!!!!
