Service is the worst. THE WORST EXPERIENCE of my life. Even one star feels too much. We were the only customers sitting inside, still they made us wait around 30 mins and upon asking twice, the Cuban lady finally bought us our pizza, BUT IT WAS COLD. I'm amazed how they're surviving in such a location.

Two hours of waiting time they ask me to cancel and reorder because doordash their delivery service doesn't accept my order because i did not tip.. even though pizza hut charge me 6 dollars for the delivery????? where are we????

Doordash partner sucks. What's the point of ordering through the website I had to wait longer because the driver had 3 more orders to deliver

The pizza is good and pasta is also good. The location is bit difficult to find at night as there was no proper board and board was not lit. The inside atmosphere or vibe is not pleasant. Need to improve..

This is an absolute disgrace. The two Cuban women were talking and yelling inside and completely ignored me for 17 minutes. At 6:56 PM, a young lady from the shift change came in, clocked in, and immediately helped me — but the two women from the previous shift never attended to me even though my order was already placed and waiting. This is a total disrespect to the customers. The Manager must take immediate action on this. Today is Labor Day — if they don’t want to work, they should quit the company. I strongly recommend people not to buy here; no customer deserves this kind of treatment.

The rudeness of the staff is unmatched
Expecting me to do things your way when I am a customer before you take my order. This is not customer service.You're supposed to treat the customer as a customer and not like someone who owes you something.
Not only do you treat me like as if I owe you something, you're also talking to some random person on company time. This is unacceptable by any standard.
This incident happened at ten thirty a m on saturday The sixteenth of august.
And should be investigated.
Staff under no circumstances should be demanding the customer to act and say certain things before serve them it should be focused on maintaining a fast and friendly environment.Regardless of how they are feeling.

💩 only deserves 0 stars, we travelled there specially whilst holidaying in mid- beach as my son loves pizza hut and was looking forward to trying it in the states. The staff paid no attention to us, 4 of them around 1 other member of staff looking at a phone, totally ignored us whilst we sat there for over 10 minutes, with me throwing in a few heavy sighs to try and get attention, before we got up and left. Went to Venezia, 2 minutes walk North, and was greeted with a smile as we entered and got served properly to good food.
Opened my pizza box and this...What happened?
Customer service terrible, a lady spoke to me in Spanish so I told her please in English she just hang up on me. O stars
