We did take out so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere but they cheated us on fries, rice was hard and some of the chicken was over cooked. The fries we did get were just the crispy, close to zero potato.

We ordered a family meal online, and the pickup was easy. I did ask if they had given us the cilantro lime and BBQ sauce so they handed me a bag with 4 of each. We unpacked the order and they had only put in 2 small containers of dipping sauce for a family meal. There were 4 leg quarters and they were each dried out, like they had been sitting for hours. Thank goodness we had dipping sauce because that was the only moisture. The plantains and yucca cheese balls were delicious and the yucca crisps were kinds crisp.

Super rude staff that dont help terrible pickup service. Im trying to pickup my food and theycdont pay attention and toss my tropichop upside down while giving it to me. If your hungry go to a different pollo tropical dont waste your time here

Got a large tropichop to split.. it was more than enough food for 2 of us for dinner and leftovers for lunch. My favorite sauces are cilantro garlic and curry mustard and my husband's is the pineapple rum. Tropichops are very customizable so you can get what suits your taste. Pollo Tropical is a must whenever we are in Miami beach.

I won’t hear the food is pretty good. I got the grilled chicken and lettuce wrap. That was really good. The fries oh my God amazing. The atmosphere wasn’t the best. It was first of all disgusting there was rappers and dirt in the hair all over the ground, the tables were filthy. We were gonna eat there, but we ended up leaving because it was so disgusting the service not the best. The lady at the cashier was nice but Out of all of it the only good thing there was the food. Definitely a place I will not go back to

Want your order right? Good luck. They’ve got a whole herd of people waiting inside, staring at the counter like it owes them answers. Meanwhile, the staff avoids eye contact like it's a sport. Ask a question? You’ll get more response from the napkin dispenser.
And sure, the food tastes good… but is it worth the frustration, bad service, and toddler-sized portions? These days, just thinking about going makes me lose my appetite.

Pollo Tropical came highly recommended from the locals that live in the area. The food in South Beach is very expensive and pretentious. While many come here just to vacation and spend money, after a while you get tired of not getting your moneys worth regarding food. Pollo Tropical is a good spot to get good gome cooked food for a good price, i recommend Churassco Steak, white rice and beans
