It’s almost impossible to pick up an order here, especially if you order on the app. After standing there for 10 minutes I was finally able to ask someone, her name was Rose, to check if my pickup was ready. She asked for my name, repeated it, and then briefly looked just to tell me it was not ready. After another 5 minutes of standing there waiting, another lady asked me (to my surprise) if I needed help. I gave her my name and she looked at the exact same bag that rose had looked, and handed me my order. Wow— Would you look at that! My order was ready! After all of that, I left with my order.
Once I got back to my destination to eat, I discovered that my grilled chicken Caesar wrap did not contain any Caesar dressing, and did not include the added on garlic side sauces that I had ordered.
I understand the rush of a busy lunch hour at a restaurant, and the many needs of many customers. However, it takes a lot less energy to be nice to others than it does to be as passive and unhelpful as Rose was. The missing sauce and dressing? Definitely a disappointment but I can look that over. The dreadfully poor customer service is something that I can’t.

Come on Pollo Tropical! You can do better! The crew here is a complete mess! Arguing with each other in front of a line of customers. while customer orders pile up. Drive through line at a halt. One of the worst experiences at a Pollo Tropical I have had. What a shame!

The table are not stable they wobble while you’re eating the place is filthy the Bathroom is filthy Will you place your order to dining it takes 15 to 25 minutes to get your food employees are not friendly they eat and drink while they take your order. This pollo tropical is filthy Disgusting.. This branch should be a shame of themselves and whoever owns this should be a shame of yourself!!! This place is disgusting unprofessional filthy every time I go I gotta clean my table in my seat!!! Noo good !!!!!

It is unfathomable, that a recurring customer of over 15 years is forced to wait over one hour just to get his food delivered, especially when the customer lives a mere 4 blocks away, from the Alton Rd. Store, PT #10018, just to have the order finally arrive with putrid. stale food that tastes like yesterday's leftovers! I asked for plates, napkins which none were sent, just the delivery person only one hr late!. Never ever! again! buying a single piece of bread from Pollo, not me! not my entire family and neither will my friends!
