Come on Pollo Tropical! You can do better! The crew here is a complete mess! Arguing with each other in front of a line of customers. while customer orders pile up. Drive through line at a halt. One of the worst experiences at a Pollo Tropical I have had. What a shame!

I went to my family to eat and order My half chicken order was good but the breast was little bit dry I told the manager and he changed the whole order ; he told me to verify to see if it was good this time , also he waited until I finish and took all the dishes !!! very professional and timing Waoo I’ll come back highly recommend!

We ordered a family meal online, and the pickup was easy. I did ask if they had given us the cilantro lime and BBQ sauce so they handed me a bag with 4 of each. We unpacked the order and they had only put in 2 small containers of dipping sauce for a family meal. There were 4 leg quarters and they were each dried out, like they had been sitting for hours. Thank goodness we had dipping sauce because that was the only moisture. The plantains and yucca cheese balls were delicious...
