The food was incredible! I was craving Greek food and this hit the spot. We got the dip platter and each got a gyro with fries. Fantastic! Our server was great, very kind. If we ever come back to Miami on vacation, we will be back to Poseidon!

OMG! Andres is an amazing server and the food is even more amazing! I meant to take a picture of the whole branzino that I ate, but I ate it all before I realized I didn’t take a picture 😂🤣😂 lawd mercy, that means the food is spectacular! I don’t give this restaurant 5 stars, I give them INFINITY STARS!

Fresh Greek Flavors & Incredible Seafood
We had a delightful dining experience at this Greek restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and inviting décor set the stage for a memorable meal.
The seafood selection here truly stands out. We tried the grilled octopus, which was perfectly tender with a smoky char and drizzled with just the right amount of olive oil and lemon. The shrimp saganaki was rich and flavorful, cooked in a light tomato and feta sauce that made us want to soak up every last drop with bread. The whole grilled fish was another highlight—fresh, flaky, and seasoned simply so the natural flavors shined through. Each dish tasted as if the seafood had just been pulled from the sea that morning.
Beyond the seafood, the mezze platter and traditional favorites like spanakopita and lamb souvlaki added variety and balance to the meal. Portions were generous without feeling heavy, and everything was beautifully plated.
Service was attentive and knowledgeable—our server recommended pairing the seafood with a crisp Greek white wine, which elevated the experience even more.
We finished with baklava and Greek coffee, the perfect sweet ending after such a savory feast.
If you love seafood and authentic Greek flavors, this is a place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended!

The award-winning octopus at Poseidon Miami Beach was outstanding, tender and perfectly grilled.I also tried the brisket, which was juicy and full of taste. Great food, friendly service, and a spot I’d definitely recommend, We Visit for my girlfriend's birthday and the service Andreas and Mira treat us perfectly

Disappointed. The mussels they served were not all open. The lobster was a little dry, but the herb butter was excellent. We ordered the herb crusted lamb legs as our main entrees. There wasn’t a good crust, and the lamb tasted gamey. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant was the service and moderately priced cocktails. Overall, we spent over $400 to be disappointed and worried about food sickness from the mussels

Best meal we've had in Miami all week. Food A+, Service A+, Atmosphere A+.
Every dish was seasoned to perfection and crave worthy.
They accommodated my gluten free dietary restriction with easy grace.
We tried the octopus appetizer and a baked houlumi cheese appetizer that wasn't on the menu. For dinner I had the tuna and my husband had the red snapper. His was just a hint overcooked but mine was melt-in-the mouth perfect. Be warned, THE SERVING SIZES ARE GENEROUS.
