My husband and I love Greek food, especially Greek Town in Chicago, so we were searching for a Greek restaurant while on vacation in Miami, and came across Poseidon. I cannot give this restaurant enough stars, the food was phenomenal. We are enormous fans of grilled octopus, and Poseidon's was bar none the best we have ever had, just melted in your mouth. Highly recommend, such a gem!

Having traveled to Greece many times we often dine at Greek restaurants in the US. This is one of the better ones . We ate outside at a nice front area. The Greek salad was fresh and authentic with excellent feta. The shrimp saganaki had fresh shrimp and a lovely sauce. The whole Bronzino was perfectly cooked (moist, flakey) in a lemon caper sauce. The walnut cake dessert was moist and full flavored. Service was prompt and friendly. Worth a try in a very competitive food scene.

Overall a positive experience. Food was good overall although quality of meat could be better. Flavoursome and authentic. Service was friendly but a little slow. A Wednesday night so a little quiet but atmosphere was relaxed overall.
