This Pura Vida Miami is the original location before the brand expanded across Florida and beyond.
It’s busy, fast-paced, and full of energy. The space smells great, the vibe is strong, and it feels like a place that’s been part of the neighborhood for a long time. Service is more about flow and can be a quick pick-up or a more leisurely pace depending on the time and season.
If I could suggest one thing: please bring back the Brazilian PB smoothie — it was the best!

Love pura vida for the product and ambiance even as a small corner spot as this one! THEY DONT ACCEPT CASH?! Got order wrong didn’t enjoy the pistachio tarte (weird flavor pastry) but I will continue to be a loyal customer regardless.

Strawberry matcha latte was bad, it tasted like they put some water instead of milk - it was tasteless (apart from the strawberry syrup). Another thing is that I asked without ice, they confirmed and then I received full cup of ice. Highly not recommend this place

Refused to give me a coffee in a mug. Then when my partner asked for a mug instead of a take away cup she got verbally abused by 4 staff members and told the take away coffee cup was the only option.

I went in there today, Friday the 23rd, at 12:50 PM to pick up my order for the first time after ordering through the app at the South Pointe location. The cashier was very rude and not welcoming at all, and she didn’t make any effort to help. She also had difficulty communicating in English, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic spot! The menu has great variety, the ingredients taste fresh, and the service was quick and professional. Perfect place for both casual dining and special occasions.
Pretty meh experience. Expensive for what you get with very indifferent service. The lady at the register actually chose my tip percentage for me, which was odd. It was freezing inside. The food was alright, fresh good produce but there wasn’t much flavour. In short, quality-to-value ratio is definitely not there.

I have come to Pura Vida for years and always get the peanut butter chocolate smoothie. I asked for extra peanut butter as I always do and the employee behind the counter said “No, we can’t do that” while applying her chapstick and staring at us (clearly annoyed). Then we stood out of the way of patrons, Uber pickups, and the merchandise displays - we weren’t obstructing anyone and another employee came up and said “I’m going to have to ask you to stand outside. I can’t have anyone standing in here because of Uber.” I moved outside but told him last time we came they forgot our order when we went outside (it took 30 minutes for my smoothie last time). Staff are rude and unaccommodating in the least. Will not be coming back to this location - it has been on the decline with staff for months.

The lady at the register couldn’t accommodate a minor modification to my order because the other employees were “new.” Also, the staff told me to leave and wait outside because “Ubers come in here.” To make things worse, there was a hair in my food.
