Amazing spot but like with the rest of Miami, they seem to have 10 people doing nothing and incapable of making you a coffee or processing a payment without first conferring with their colleagues on each step of the way. Could we get AI in here to take half the burden away from them? Maybe add automated self-check out for cooler items?
Addendum: just went back today 11/28/25 and new person at the front desk named Jill who is very bright, cheery, business-like, quick, and customer oriented. She was great. She also gave me a number for my order so they brought to the table vs the last visit where they clearly hadn’t made my coffee until I asked 10 minutes later.

We are all familiar with the amazing service at Pura Vida, that’s why the best way to start my day, is with a latte and smile from Jill the barista.
I work near by Pura Vida and sometimes we order from this Pura Vida to the entire office. As you can see on the photo, the salmon portion is ridiculously small to what we usually get. Not only looked bad it also tasted bad. Salmon were cold, really dry, rice were cold and stuck together like it was what was left at the bottom of the pan. This was the last time I have my office order from this location.

Very bad experience at Pura Vida Flamingo point ,The Cuban lady who works there has no respect or manners. She treats Uber drivers like trash and gives the place a terrible image. No one with that attitude should be dealing with customers.!!!
