Pura Vida is an absolute gem, earning a solid 5/5 stars from me. It's had my heart for the past 4.5 years and each visit/Uber Eats reaffirms why it's my go-to spot. Let's talk about freshness--perfection! The quality of ingredients here is unparalleled. Everything tastes like it was sourced from the freshest suppliers. I've tried other healthy food restaurants and none come as close as Pura Vida. Service is always so friendly and the vibes are cute neutral tones - boho organic. Love. This location is also great because there's always seating available-unlike the design district location. But let's get to the star of the show--the mango salmon bowl. It's a flavor explosion in every bite! So nutritious. The moist salmon perfectly complements the sweetness of the mango, and the freshness of the ingredients shines through with every bite. What I love most is that despite being a longtime fan, I never tire of the food here. There are so many healthy options to choose from, each one as delicious as the last. My 1 complaint is the constant price increase within the past 4.5 years. There needs to be a cap. Lol.

Service was impeccable. Ili took my order and was so kind, explaining the menu and her suggestion was perfect, Ginger Tea Latte with oat milk, creamy and delicious plus a little cookie comes with it when you order in. The best place in Sobe! Love the selection and service.

Visited Pura Vida in Miami Beach this morning and discovered it through Eater Miami's breakfast recommendations. The restaurant was conveniently a few blocks from my hotel. The menu offered appealing and healthy options. The 9:30 am visit revealed a spacious, well-lit interior, with the choice of a printed menu or a QR code for their mobile app. Opted for the "Perfect Egg Sandwich" with a scooped-out bagel, pasture-raised soft-boiled eggs, mozzarella, arugula, avocado smash, tomato, and red pepper flakes, adding turkey bacon. Grabbed a cold brew from their branded cooler and received a cup of ice. Initially bought a bottle of Evian but later discovered a water station. The sandwich was guilt-free and delicious, with the red pepper flakes providing a unique heat. The scooped-out bagel was a game-changer. Service was friendly and efficient. Pura Vida lived up to its recommendation on Eater Miami's list of top breakfast spots in town.
