I often visit this place when I'm in Miami Beach. A few weeks ago, I visited and the employee was rude when I asked a question.

I was here a couple of days ago and encountered another employee who was equally rude. Both employees don't understand or speak fluent English and that's okay, but rudeness is unacceptable. I placed my order and mentioned to the employee it would be a take out. As I sat and waited, two other customers walked in and placed their order. The employee stopped filling my order and proceeded to fill theirs ahead of me. They placed their order, paid, were served and walked out as I continued to sit.

I looked at the employee and she was looking at me attentively as if she was waiting for me to say something. I quickly stood up and spoke with her; and of course, at that point, she motioned she doesn't speak English.

I've submitted an inquiry to the Corporate Office but no response.

This lack of customer service and overall demeanor of the employees is why I gave it one star. The acai bowls are okay but I'm displeased with their service.

Didn’t like it at all :( oatmeal is made with water and therefore taste like nothing…was even watering while eating. Oatmeal is usually prepared with milk to develop flavor. Almonbutter was not heated and therefore was a big chunk in there. It should be preheated to blend it the oatmeal. The girl who is serving barely speaks to you so you have no service experience or guidance. Too bad because I was hoping to have a great breakfast spot next door.

Really good smoothies and outstanding service. This morning I had a Pure Berry smoothie that Agustina made for me. I took a long walk in the morning and ran out of cell battery. Agustina offered to charge my cell phone for me while I drank my smoothie. It doesn't get much nicer than that! I wish every store offered such good customer service.

Morning ! I came to pick up an order and it took me more than 25 minutes to get my food. They don’t start cooking before you arrive. I had to be waiting a lot. Guys, if you don’t have oatmeal ready, please remove them from any online delivery app. The restaurant was completely empty.

Cute smoothie shop, staff is friendly and kind. Had high hopes looking at photos on their website...

The issue with this shop is that the company leaves employees to work ALONE every shift and they speak very very little English. They had no idea what we were asking for on their menu the few times we went in while on vacation this last full week in Miami. We used the exact names listed above on the boards for the bowls and smoothies. Pure Green - do better and do not leave your one person staff to suffer alone and guess on what they are making, they didn’t even know what the ingredients were. They need some help with better training and possibly a translation device. Did I mention that at one of these visits this worker apologized as it was their FIRST DAY on the job and working ALONE? ……. Absolutely Crazy.

Side note in quality- Super watery smoothie, got the dragon fruit smoothie and it was pure yellow and not even dragon fruit pink? A bit confusing with the photo on the menu being bright pink too. When I asked the employee, they had no idea what I was asking. Also asked if an additional powder ingredient I added when purchasing was put in, they had forgotten. They re-blended the whole smoothie that was already runny on a full cycle with the added ingredient and it came out like full blown yellow water at this point and cup wasn’t even full lol. I gave up and decided to leave it as is and take it as it was made since they couldn’t understand me. Please help your friendly staff. Your staff AND customers deserve better. Quality was not ok for the price.

I'm on vacation in Miami and I stopped by Pure Green. I thought the store was beautiful! Super clean and cozy. Agustina helped me, very kind and attentive. He advised me on choosing my smoothie and was very helpful. I'll be back❤️

I tried the mocha cold brew (with added collagen protein) and it was so good! Agustina recommended it and she was a brilliant server.
