Absolutely outstanding experience at Queen Omakase! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with impeccable service and an intimate atmosphere. The chef's selection is a true work of art — every course was fresh, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The attention to detail and the quality of the ingredients really set this place apart. If you're looking for an unforgettable omakase experience, Queen Omakase is a must-try. Worth every penny and I can't wait to come back!
Queen Omakase is, without a doubt, one of the most exclusive and unforgettable dining experiences in Miami. Tucked inside the historic Paris Theater, this hidden gem offers a sophisticated and intimate omakase journey that perfectly blends traditional Japanese craftsmanship with modern innovation. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance exuded luxury, setting the stage for what would be a truly remarkable evening. The Experience Queen Omakase is a chef's counter experience, limited to a small number of guests per seating, which makes it feel incredibly personal. Every detail, from the elegant decor to the precision in service, was thoughtfully curated. The atmosphere was upscale yet inviting, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion or an indulgent night out. The Food Under the masterful guidance of Chef Max Kamakura, we embarked on a 14-course culinary journey that was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a work of art, featuring the finest seasonal ingredients, expertly prepared and presented with meticulous attention to detail. The sushi was some of the best we've ever had—every bite was perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of rice and wasabi to complement the fresh, high-quality fish. The uni was rich and creamy, the otoro melted in our mouths, and the wagyu nigiri was an absolute standout. The chef also incorporated unique elements that showcased his creative touch, elevating the omakase beyond the traditional. One of the highlights of the evening was the presence of a talented Brazilian chef on the team, whose influence was subtly woven into the menu. This added a unique twist to the experience, bringing in flavors and techniques that made the meal even more memorable. Service & Ambiance The service was flawless from start to finish. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through each course with insightful descriptions and thoughtful sake pairings. The p
We had lovely time in our sushi omakase class. The chef was very knowledgeable and fun. The server and the chef helper were also super kind. We had plenty of sushi to eat and even bring home. They also gave us goodie bags before we left. Thanks so much for making my husband birthday so special.
Just an amazing experience, start to finish. We participated in the sushi-making class with wine flight. It was informative and fun. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and the kitchen works around my food allergies seamlessly. The venue itself is also beautiful. Big fan, all-around.
This establishment warrants frequent revisits. The culinary artist is truly exceptional, and the service provided is unparalleled. Our admiration for this venue is unwavering. It is imperative that you experience it for yourself. The Chef meticulously curates the Omakase menu, ensuring each bite is a delightful symphony of flavors and sensations.
Max is a gifted chef! The food was sensational, every mouthful was exquisite. Definitely worth the money for a unique experience in a beautiful setting
We've been to Queen before, but this was our first time doing the Omakase experience and it was phenomenal! Each dish was better than the next, the dessert was absolutely delicious, the vibes were high, chef Kamakura was incredible. We're already ready to go back!
Absolutely spectacular experience. Chef max really showed out. One of the best omakases I've ever enjoyed. Period.

This was so worth it. I've always wanted to learn how to make sushi and so I booked this class for my brother and I. We had so much fun learning how to make the different types of rolls and the various names of each. It's not as difficult as I thought. The chefs were friendly and very informative about each step, explaining the reasoning behind each ingredient and technique. We even went home with some gifts and a Polaroid as a keepsake/souvenir. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to craft their own sushi rolls at home either for their own enjoyment or as a hosting party trick 😊
One of the best dining experiences I've had in Miami. From the opulent atmosphere, to the quality of food, to the impeccable service, I will hands down recommend Queen's Omakase experience to everyone. The Chef was kind and personable as well. We loved it!

Queen👑The environment decoration is very fancy, in the style of a theater. The omakase is in a relatively hidden place on the second floor, which is very mysterious. Being led over, it felt like the curtain was being raised and you were watching the chef make his debut✨ Creative omakase is different from traditional Every bite is rich in layers and has a surprising taste. It’s super satisfying. The combination of ingredients is perfect The most classic one, with egg yolk as the base, potatoes and beef➕caviar, and the chef sprays it with edible gold powder. The whole thing is full of ceremony. The second course of wagyu beef is brushed with Korean barbecue sauce, served with sea urchin and a little bit of truffles that the chef said🤏 The smoothie machine as an appetizer is too cute🍧 The watermelon smoothie soaked in tomato juice is also amazing The chef's name is Kamakura. He is a Japanese-German mixed-race family who makes sushi. Many innovations are inspired by family The two desserts were also very good. It was the first time I tasted them and I felt like I was still unsatisfied. The only thing is that the pace is a little fast
