I love this hotel. It’s only 5 minutes away to the beach. The facilities is not that bad. They have 2 pools - rooftop and ground pool. And the unlimited vodka and soda everyday from 5 to 6. The staff are so friendly. Kudos to Diego the Front Desk. He’s assist us for checked in and definitely a genuine care towards everything. Trying to fix our situation with the manager, unfortunately they cannot make it better we still got charge for our duplicate reservation. But anyway,...
Catalina is all about Joe. Effervescent personality and great wait service. Helpful with the menu options and provided local tips to enjoy our stay An asset to the restaurant and an ambassador to beach area
