This steakhouse takes the leap to become a modern steakhouse. They keep it classic with boots and nice tables and a bit dark. The decor is modern and music to and in a good way. Starters and oysters with Parmesan was ok but too much Parmesan taste. The calamari was ok but also fried peppers and that was not really up our alley. Have dined at Red on Southbeach several times. The steak selection is outstanding, cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. Great sides and the appetizers are delicious. Outstanding desserts. I cannot rate them less than 5 stars.
