The restaurant in the Versace mansion is the biggest disappointment! Service, food, atmosphere—everything is terrible. This is what poor management looks like. They could have made it luxurious. Such a shame.

I recently dined at Versace, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The moment I entered, I was greeted with a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere that felt like a blend of modern elegance and traditional Italian warmth. The menu at Versace is a celebration of authentic Italian cuisine, featuring a variety of classic dishes crafted with top-quality, fresh ingredients. I started my meal with the bruschetta, which was perfectly crisp, topped with vibrant tomatoes and fresh basil—simple, yet bursting with flavor. For the main course, I chose the house-made pasta with a rich Bolognese sauce, and it was absolutely divine, cooked to perfection with a depth of flavor that made each bite a delight. The wine list was impressive, offering a carefully curated selection of Italian wines that complemented the meal beautifully. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to provide recommendations based on our preferences.

The people leaving anything more than a 2 star review are lying. The food is terrible, if I wasn't hungry I would have walked out. The hostesses are incredible judgmental, you could feel the unwelcomeness and pettiness as soon as you walked in. You could feel prejudice instantly, they are not a fan of anyone who's not white and not between the ages of 45-70. No matter all that, they will still include their 20% tip on top of the overpriced underseasoned food. Disgusting establishment using Versace's name as a tourist trap. Local people do not visit this place and there's probably a good reason why.

The food is okay but overpriced. The service, however, is terrible. A male server, not the lady that serving us, repeatedly placed checks from other tables on ours (simply because we were near the checkout counter). He even jumped next to my friend while I was taking her photo, without asking for permission. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.

My check was $528. There is a 20% Service Charge attached to bill. That is not the issue. The waiter told me, “the Service Charge is for the restaurant. Gratuity is not included.” Isn't the $450 I spent on food for the restaurant? So customers are expected to pay the check, 20% Service Charge, and then tip and additional 20% on top of that? I don't believe this to be true? If it is...raise the menu prices 20%. I've eaten at multiple high end restaurants in Miami Beach including Giannis and have never been told this? It boarders on stealing. The food is very average. The ambience is what makes it unique. I came with my son and his girlfriend just so they could see the Mansion. I would never go back after what transpired tonight. The waiter was great! He should be be an actor. He actually told me about the “gratuity not included” with a straight face! What a joke. Never again. FYI...this is the first time in my 59 years I have ever written a review. Good or bad.

It was our first visit as couple, I celebrate my birthday! The service and quality of food is so excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️$price affordable! Definitely coming again Thanks Sebastian Server

Open air dining in a beautiful mansion with awesome food at a very reasonable price for the caliber of food served. Ambience is dripping Miami and helped to make for a great vacation day

Let me first say the food was outstanding, We really loved it. However, the service could have been much better. While juan, our waiter was great, it took a long time before our first course, empty plates were cleared from the table. There was no shortage of staff walking by our table, but none of them noticed the empty plates or the empty bread basket that we would have liked refilled. I also ended up getting up myself and refilling our water glasses from the sparkling water bottle that was left next to our table. There was also about a ten minute delay from the time we finished our second course (Main dishes) before I had to wave down, juan to get the check. If I couldn suggest any improvements, it would be that the bread waiter and the other young lady that was clearing tables around us would look over to our table and notice that we required some service. Thank you

Todo el servicio es excelente ! Los mozos super amorosos , solo y la única queja que tengo es las chicas de la entrada , deberían ser un poco más amables y simpáticas , solo eso el resto fue perfecto ! Gracias !

Beautiful restaurant! Bathrooms were CLEAN! Food was not worth it. We ordered appetizers, salad, and two entrees for $200. We ordered the fried shrimp/calamari/zucchini. Most the plate was zucchini and all the items were soggy, not crispy. I ordered the salmon and had to add A LOT of salt and pepper to make it edible. The best part was the Caesar salad and it was basic.

We loved coming here for lunch! Great value for what you get! The burrata was amazing, the lobster pasta was definitely worth it and the mango sorbet was refreshing! Our waiter was great and was very attentive! The service itself was timely and the atmosphere was something else! The history behind the mansion itself was something of interest!! Would definitely come back if we visited Miami again!

The venue is very nice. The dining room is indoor/outdoor. Seating can be covered when it is raining. When we went the weather was terrific and the massive ceiling fans create a slight, but constant breeze. The restaurant's ambience is very warm, inviting and elegant. The tables are close together, it not too close. We waited about 30 minutes to be seated, however we did have to wait 10 minute for the last person in our group to show up, so that could have created a delay for us. The food was delicious. Presentation was nice, but not anything spectacular. The same with the service. Service really good, but not spectacular. Prices ranged approximately $35 to $65 for the main course, which does not include any sides. Appetizers were around $20-35 and seemed to be shareable. We had 7 people and ordered two appetizers for the table to share. Drinks were delicious!!!! A good variety of creative cocktails and cocktails.

3/5 stars Gianni's food was just okay, but the service was good. The mansion, once Gianni Versace's home, was a letdown for my husband and I - it didn't feel grand or luxurious like we had expected. Maybe it was the hype, but we left feeling a bit underwhelmed. Still, it's worth a visit if you're curious about how the former Versace mansion looked like.
