The food was ok and the drinks were good. They rob you when they bring your bill. The server recapped our bill because they “didn’t have a printed copy”. She went through all the food and said the total but did not disclose there was an 18% service charge included. We tipped 20% on top which equates to over 40% of the actual food/drink cost. Highly unethical.

There's an automatic gratuity that is posted at the bottom of the menu but you aren't informed of it at the point of sale. I was tipping on top of the 18% gratuity and the servers were still entitled and rather rude. Maybe that's just miami though.My senior mother asked one of the male employees if he had the time and he thrust his watch in her face and didn't audibly respond.
