Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

This Ritas has gone down hill ever since the new Manager. Extremely rude and zero customer service. Do what you can and try to avoid this specific Rita's.

I'm from Philly where Rita's originated and have been wanting to try the location down here.

It's in a strip mall but very convenient. Parking might be an issue at certain times because there are a lot of other businesses in the mall. The young lady behind the counter was very fast and friendly. The place is clean and has tables inside so you can sit and enjoy.

Yum! After dinner dessert hit the spot! I had a sundae and my husband had a concrete - which looked like a shake. Both were very chocolate and tasty. Downside - limited seating inside.

Very good. Recommend just sticking with the ITALIAN ICE. Stronger flavor and get more instead of more water.

Today Eyra took care of us, she was super sweet and attentive. Gave us to taste different flavors when she saw us curious. Today Eyra reminded us that we arent eating just delicious ice-cream and custard but we are eating KOSHER that's actually a big deal. So thank you Rita's frozen custard to have amazing people like Eyra here. She loves her job!! And we love her and to come here is AWESOME!!!!!

My family and I were traveling in Miami and wanted to stop by to get a sweet treat. We saw that Rita's was open and went in for an experience we've never expected to have. We were given a wide range of options to choose from, and the staff member, Eyra, allowed us to get small samples of the options so we could buy the best one. She was very nice, very fun to be around with, talk with, and treated all of us with an experience unlike any other. I highly recommend this place, whether it be a quick stop or someplace to hang for a while, Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is a sweet experience you have to try (literally).
