The male manager give a one third of a cup when I came with my kids . My son was extremely upset and called him cheap . I would go to the one in south beach because they offer better service . I didn’t receive the amount that I usually get . Go to south beach they give you a full cup ( Small I Don’t know about large ) . South Beach has better service and everything overall . Ok Rita’s you dissatisfied me but let’s see for next time .

If I could add more stars to the customer service, I would! Eyra was AMAZING and so fun/ friendly to talk to! She also gave us a recommendation of topping our Ices with vanilla Gelati and 12/10 recommend, it’s great! Was such a great experience and the Ices were FANTASTIC!

We just stopped in to grab some italian ice as this is my families favorite spot when we visit!! Erya was seriously the best!! She gave us recommendations and made us a gelati with strawberry lemonade and it was amazing!!! She was also the sweetest human ever! So fun to talk to her and she was just so amazing! Highly recommend!!

So me and my best friend and my daughter went to Miami Beach for the first time during the day and decided to get some ice cream over at Rita’s and we were greeted by Felix with a very warm, bubbly, excited attitude, and he gladly let us sample some of the flavors and he was extra sweet to my daughter who is five and really love the sprinkle ice cream that she got Out of all of the Rita’s that I have been to and I’m from the West Coast. She has the best customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life ordering at any kind of business and your company should be very grateful and very proud to have Felix as an employee because he is single-handedly running that store on a very busy strip and he is kicking ass , and if I made the rules, I would promote him and give him a raise I’m sure it’s not easy working in Miami Beach. I work on Clearwater Beach so I understand how crazy it can get but he did a fantastic job. I took a picture of my daughter holding one of the samples he gave her and it was adorable in size so I had to snap a picture and he wanted to be in the selfie as well Here is Felix’s Very warm and welcoming smile definitely go by and check them out. They got the best custard I got the salted caramel and coffee flavor my best friend got the sugar-free dragon fruit Italian ice and my daughter just got vanilla with sprinkles and we loved it all. He even brought us water while we were outside eating it was amazing because it was really hot out

Rita's has the best Italian ice, frozen custard and gelati in Miami. I love the warm greeting the staff always gives. This spot has a lot of old school charm and delicious offerings. The gelati is a must try and their frozen custard is so rich, smooth and has the perfect texture. They're the perfect spot to cool off with a sweet treat for kids of all ages. I highly recommend checking it out, you won't be disappointed.

I recently visited Rita’s Italian Ices and had an absolutely delightful experience! As soon as I walked in, the bright and cheerful atmosphere put me in a great mood. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help me choose from their extensive menu.

I decided to try the mango Italian ice, and it was a fantastic choice. The texture was perfectly smooth, and the flavor was vibrant and refreshing, just like biting into a ripe mango. I also sampled the gelati, which is a delicious combination of Italian ice and creamy custard. The contrast between the icy and creamy layers was heavenly.

What stood out the most was the quality of the ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and natural, without any artificial aftertaste. The portions were generous, and I felt it was a great value for the price.
