The best pizza in Miami and of my entire life, hands down. I have never had such delicious, flavorful, perfect pizza! The freshness is unmatched, I am a huge fan of brick oven pizza and this pizza is even better than Steve's and Andiamo's, I have been a life long fan of both!!! I have a new favorite pizza forever now, something about the dough fermentation process is simply amazing and leads to a stunning texture and taste! He was so accommodating to my lactose intolerance, I would highly recommend Rocco's for anybody but especially if you are looking for a flavorful pizza even without cheese! Rocco is a wonderful and talented chef, he is also an extremely friendly and charismatic skilled professional. I would recommend anybody to support his business, after just one bite I promise you will fall in love with this pizza!!!Dietary restrictions: I cannot eat cheese due to my health, and he was so accommodating. The flavor of the pizza was not even compromised at all!!
