Beautiful spot to stop for a coffee/pastry! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the almond croissant was lovely. I wanted to try so many things they had on display.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! Before arriving in Miami I was looking at places to eat and I already had this place saved to visit, I wish it would never go away. On Sunday the 21st I arrived in Miami and the first place I entered was Rosetta, the food looked Exquisite, but when I arrived, the lady (in the photo) who served us was very rude, the truth is it was the worst experience I have had in all my life and that I also work in costumer service. I'm standing in line to order and instead of saying hello and asking politely he reluctantly asked: what are you going to want??? After ordering him he asks me if I want him to heat up the sandwich and I say no, thank you, give it to me like this Cold and again he reluctantly stares at me and tells me: IT'S NOT COLD!! THIS AMBIENT TEMPERATURE!!! And I eat:?????? Then I continued ordering him and asked him please for orange juice and he reluctantly told me that that was ordered on the other side!! Never a smile or a thank you or anything. I really didn't eat well at all and I don't think I'll really come back, a total disappointment and a lot of shame, since it was the first impression I got from Miami. I didn't ask for anything as a gift and I left a courtesy tip but then I regretted it, I wish I had seen the reviews before going. They have to improve customer service a lot

We stopped in after having dinner at the Italian pizza place two doors down. The window shopping is what did us in! So many amazing and perfect looking pastries. We had a mini almond tart and this Bavarian creme filled donut type pastry. Both were really good and service was friendly and quick.

I couldn't even try the food, the waiter with glasses and black hair is rude. As soon as I arrive, I wait for her to finish talking to a colleague so that she can attend to me, and she doesn't even come close, from afar and with her arms crossed she tried to attend to me, I told her that I wasn't listening to her and that she should come closer but she didn't, I ask her for a sandwich and tells me that it can't be made, despite already being assembled, she says that cheese couldn't be added, when my friend bought the same sandwich 10 minutes ago and they made it for her. I was left without eating. In short, if you want to have a pleasant time eating, don't come here!
