Although the premade cup of orange juice I purchased was good, I don’t feel good about it because the counter server charged me more than the price he quoted. He said it was $8, which I accepted, but he charged me $8.60 ($9.37 total with tax).
I’m leaving a review about it this time because this same thing happened when I got pizza at another Rosetta location in Miami Beach. The right thing to do is to give the actual price before taxes.

There should not be a single bad review here because Rosetta Bakery is fantastic! The food was nice, simple, and light to the point I came back for seconds. Best of all it was super quick!

I recently visited this Italian bakery, and the food and coffee were outstanding-fresh, delicious, and of excellent quality. However, the service was a letdown. The staff, but not all, showed little to no empathy towards customers, and their demotivated and rude attitude made the experience unpleasant. It's unfortunate that such high-quality food is undermined by the lack of proper customer service. I hope they improve their staff's attitude, as it would make a huge difference to the overall experience.

Sandwich and general food is great. Unfortunately, this is the only one. The service is shockingly bad, arrogant, unfriendly and incompetent. Since I don't want to name any names, especially one employee who was standing at the checkout today wearing a hat. We have been seeing this behavior for years. I have no idea why a company accepts that its image becomes bad with such employees.
Ps: the only reasonably nice employee at this location is the bread maker behind the glass window in the kitchen.
Love this place! Their baguette bread is light and melted in the mouth. Italian pastries are delicate and delicious. We’ve come two days in a row (and will probably return tomorrow!). Staff is polite and appreciative.

Bait and Switch!! The prices they have on display don’t match the process you’ll be charged! They charged me $23 for a small sandwich. When I pointed it out, the Italian woman working at cashier acted dumb and was very rude. Typical tourist scammers!!
