Sérévène offers the perfect combination of outstanding service, amazing food and excellent ambiance, which makes for a great experience every time we visit.
All the staff, from start to finish and from managers to chefs, provide, in my humble opinion, one of the best restaurant customer service in Miami.
Add to equation a unique blend of French and Japanese cuisine, cooked to perfection with delicate flavors, and you get a truly, one of a kind, impossible to miss restaurant in Florida.

I had such an incredible dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was just as impressive. Every dish was beautifully prepared, but the standout for me was the Lobster Uni Alfredo, which I can’t recommend enough. It was rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—truly unforgettable. The staff was attentive without being overbearing, and they made the whole evening feel special. If you’re looking for a place that delivers both amazing food and top-notch service, this spot is a must-visit.

Absolutely a “must do” when you’re in the area. It isn’t cheep, but the best things never are. This is the best dinner I’ve had in a long time. The service, food, the whole experience was stunning. We asked for a slow dinner and they made it a memorable night for us! The beef tartare was stupid good!

The foie gras cream brulee and Uni Pasta is out of the world! Quan, chef Olvera and the entire staff are the highlight of our anniversary celebration with personalize experience.

Such a nice restaurant!!
Fabio was very kind and thoughtful. The chef Osvaldo offeres us his brioche bread to start and came to grant us at the end of the dinner.
The food was so delicious. I had the Sashimi that was so fresh, then the lobster pasta and the foie gras creme brulee. All very well balanced in taste and beautifully presented.
We will come back to try the suckling pig!

The Miami Spice selections were the highlight of my first trip to Miami. Our waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide us toward the perfect three-course selections.
Words cannot express how wonderful the Beef Tartare, Sashimi, Lamb, and Lobster Alfredo were. Just when we thought it couldn't get better, the Creme Brulee and Chocolate Cake left us feeling like we experienced true artwork. To top it off, Chef Pawan introduced himself, radiating a genuine passion for his craft.

We come to Serevene as often as we can. Exceptional food, outstanding staff, unforgettable vibe. Start with the Ora King salmon and beef tartare (wow). Don’t miss the Uni Alfredo or the scallion pancakes. And whatever you do, order two foie gras with cherries and pancakes—trust me.
The staff is upbeat and knowledgeable, the chefs interactive and personable. This isn’t just dinner—it’s an experience. A must when in South Beach!

A few of my girlfriends and I were in Miami Beach for the weekend and decided to explore Hotel Greystone. We kicked off the evening at the Greystone Bar with a “1000 Blossoms” cocktail. One of the girls in our group asked for the “Bartender’s Deal,” and JJ wowed her with an incredible mezcal creation that became the star of the round.
After a few more rounds, we checked in for dinner at Sérēven. The ambiance was perfect. We started with the Umami bread service (delicious and far from basic), followed by a spread that included Beef Tartare, Hen of the Woods, Pommes De Terre ( I dream about this), Japanese Green Curry, Ora King Sashimi, and the Lobster Uni Pasta. Not a single plate went back with food on it—we truly cleaned everything.
Each dish was brought out personally by Chef Ozzie, dressed in a fabulous pink apron that all the ladies adored. The food, while plated with elegance and intention, had the comforting feel of a grandmother from every region cooking just for us.
Needless to say, we were impressed and will definitely be back!

We had the Chef’s Menu at Serevene and it was absolutely phenomenal! The flavors were spot-on, the presentation stunning, and the service exceptional. One of the chefs, Osvaldo Olvera, even came to our table to greet us, it made us feel so special and welcomed. Our server Fred, the staff overall was amazing, creating a warm yet luxurious atmosphere. This place is truly a hidden gem in Miami, offering a high-end dining experience worth every moment.

What an amazing place. Truly enjoyed the fusion of flavors and presentation. Customer service was top notch. The director of F&B manager, Fred, personalized our dinner to our needs and wants. Definitely recommend and will be back!
