My girlfriend and I went to Serevene for our anniversary dinner and had an amazing and interesting meal. We both got the chefs tasting menu and loved everything we got- especially the lobster Alfredo, the beef tartare, and the crème brûlée. The chef even came over and spoke to us and was so welcoming! Additionally, they provided a delicious dessert for our anniversary. Can't recommend this place enough!
We came to celebrate my husband's birthday and the staff was incredibly attentive to our special celebration. The food and the service were amazing.
Just enjoyed a great meal yesterday. From the front staff to the CDC checking up on our meal, the experience was memorable. Highlights were the Ora King Salmon and the Lobster Uni Alfredo. “Chef Kiss”
Sensational food and exceptional staff - everyone! Very gifted Jazz piano & bass too. Go!
Truly, a top-tier dining experience that always exceeds all expectations. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional food and atmosphere.
Every dish had such a complex and wonderful taste. It felt like our server really enjoyed his job and provided great recommendations. A perfect experience.
Food was delicious, but the highlight is the kindness of the staff. They were so welcoming, thanks again
Chef Pinisetti and F&B Director Fred have created an unforgettable dining experience where every dish and cocktail feels carefully thought out. The menu blends creative flavors and each dish is perfectly balanced. The drinks are just as impressive, with unique infusions that pair beautifully with the food. Everything comes together in a way that makes you feel in awe. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again for a memorable time with friends, family, or even a date night.
Make sure you leave room for the foie gras creme brulee dessert! Trust me.

A delightful mix of flavors. Each dish was surprisingly intricate. The donnettes and quack quack were the table pleasers.
The lobster Alfredo was the best pasta we had in Miami which was a pleasant surprise.
The tartar was the only letdown of the meal. The only flavor was capers and the “lays chips” was a questionable choice.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at here, and it was an experience worth raving about! From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable--attentive, friendly, and truly elevated the entire evening with my girlfriends.
We indulged in the lamb shank (my personal favorite), steak, lobster uni Alfredo, and lobster spring rolls. Each dish was a masterpiece on its own!
But the real surprise of the night was dessert: foie gras crème brûlée. I'll admit, it was something I wouldn't have typically ordered, but I'm so glad I did because it turned out to be one of the best things I've ever tasted! Foodie tip: order the chocolate soufflé and take a bite of each together.
If you're looking for an exceptional dining experience in Miami, Sérêvène should be at the top of your list. This is a place where culinary artistry and top-tier service come together to create magic. Highly recommend!
Thank you to the wonderful staff and highly talented chef!

We went on a whim after Art Basel with mixed expectations: the restaurant has high ratings but in Hotel and confusing concept of the dishes from all over the world. What an unexpected and pleasant surprise! Every dish was impeccably executed and delicious. The service is top notch: attentive and respectful. The chef Osvaldo Olivera is great. He stopped by our table, explained the dishes and cooking techniques – very special. Our favorite dishes were Lobster-Uni pasta and Pea soup (the we were given a taste J). The quail egg ghee curry was delicious, the foie gras with donuts – innovative and done with attention to the detail. Btw – drinks from the bar were on point too. Do not get turn off by a multi- cuisine concept – think that you simply came to eat your favorite dishes at a home of a renowned chef. The only draw back is the restaurant itself - simple, austere hotel lobby like set up.

Opened in 2020 as the signature Restaurant inside Michelin-key Hotel Greystone Sérêvène by Pawan Pinisetti sees the “Chopped” champion embrace his philosophy of “simplicity done right” though Japanese ideals and French technique.
Once a fixture in Las Vegas, but now creating some of the most exciting Food on South Beach, Chef Pinisetti’s first solo Restaurant features an a la carte menu tapping into everything from years with Joël Robuchon to his Indian heritage while staff from diverse backgrounds attend to every detail of the guest’s experience.
A chic space with soft lighting, everything from living walls to custom stemware an intentional choice, it should come as no surprise that Cocktails build backwards from the kitchen whether one chooses an aromatic “A-POTH-E-CAR-Y” or Dessert-friendly “TRITON'S CAKE.”
More than just a Chef, Pawan’s role as managing director at Greystone seeing him involved in every aspect of the establishment including sourcing, Appetizers feature a who’s who of top purveyors ranging from Creekstone Farms for Beef Tartare to New Zealand’s Ora King Salmon served Sashimi-style with Soy and Balsamic.
As personal a menu as one will find in Miami, “#PORKISMYFAVORITEVEGETABLE” used to describe faultless Suckling Pig with Sauces and King’s Hawaiian Rolls, an ode to the “Chef of the Century” arrives in a small crock loaded with Butter while Caviar “Push Pops” are an upgrade on the usual “bump.”
Always a minimalist in terms of plating, Sérêvène’s commitment to being nut-free seeing a Wild Mushroom coaxed to maximum flavor by way of Soy “Beurre Noisette,” Lobster fares well whether as crunchy Spring Rolls or atop housemade Bucatini with Caviar adding a textural element.
Comforting yet elegant with “QUAIL EGG GHEE ROASTI,” but growing in opulence by way of Donuts beneath Foie Gras, Dessert takes on both ends of the spectrum by way of classic Chocolate Fondant and tableside-torched Duck Liver Creme Brulee.
