Sagamore Restaurant

The hotel is run by thieves. They do not pay people for their hired work, and they scam the employees on their wages. The most untrusting management I’ve ever worked for.

BBQ chicken pizza, full gluten and cheese and ++ for me.

Staff was amazing. They greeted us on every interaction in or out of the hotel. Location is perfect and the beach staff were always so fun and accommodating. Good food located within walking distance. Lincoln road shopping is right around the corner. We loved our room. We will stay here again for sure!

Great hotel and staff is very friendly and helpful. Specifically the bartender Mickey by the pool bar. Great guy and everybody is super nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Front desk also gave us good restaurants recommendations.

Our stay at Sagamore at South Beach was tremendous! We were 5am escapees from another hotel with broken A/C and the smiling & beautiful Mikaela at the front desk was our earthly savior! She promised us great stay and of course a working A/C! She more than delivered! When I return to Miami South Beach I will certainly stay at Sagamore! Thank you again Mikaela and your team!

Beach access and pool (along with staff) were great! Housekeeping was subpar--requests for service (door tag and call) went unaddressed and then when I had the privacy sign up they repeatedly called and knocked on the door. Incompetent. The property is being bought out in a few months and I think the service and upkeep have taken a hit.

The hôtel was clean and beautiful but the matress was not good at all. We were a little disappointed by the room. Why having a kitchen without dishes ? The positive feeling was the helpness and kindness of delroy for the luggage. You should Thank of a promotion for him. It was good to be near the beach, near Lincoln and not too far from ocean drive

Delroy the hotel staff was amazing! Greeted us when we first walked in the hotel. Held the door open when we would leave/re-enter the hotel. Helped us with our luggages. Amazing service overall. Loved staying at The Sagamore Hotel. Would definitely recommend

I just always love this hotel and mostly not because of all the amenities but the staff is incredible. Front desk staff is wonderful especially melody and she is the reason I have continued to recommend and come back . Natasha is someone new to me and that I adore , Enrique at the coffee bar I could just buy coffee and talk with him everyday - these people made my stay incredibly wonderful- but I must say the entire staff is great but these 3 will always make me come back , again and again

It's bit old but if you want bigger room, then go for it :), walking around and nice area. Rent a car is just around the corner and walking and restaurants, shopping, , lot of things around. Pool is amazing and so pizza on the pool :)

Sagamore is direct beach front property. There is a wonderful pool and restaurant service. This hotel is located close to area shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Excellent location.

Excellent attention from Ariel in the cafe! A crack. Very expensive daily parking.
