The Sagamore saved my vacation! I checked into the Surfcomer and they neglected to tell me they had to shut the water off every day for 5 hours! I arrived at the Sagamore in tears, but Melody found me 4 amazing rooms! The staff is amazing, everyone was pleasant and helpful! The property is very clean, the pool area is really nice and the food is good. I will definitely stay there again!
Staff was amazing. They greeted us on every interaction in or out of the hotel. Location is perfect and the beach staff were always so fun and accommodating. Good food located within walking distance. Lincoln road shopping is right around the corner. We loved our room. We will stay here again for sure!
Great hotel and staff is very friendly and helpful. Specifically the bartender Mickey by the pool bar. Great guy and everybody is super nice. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Front desk also gave us good restaurants recommendations.
