Big fan of Salt & Straw for a while, it is a bit pricey for ice cream, but keep in mind it’s handcrafted and artisanal. Went last night while walking down Lincoln Road and tried the Jack O Lantern Pumpkin Bread, amazing! Nathaniel was spectacular with his help and super friendly. The place is super clean and the service was efficient. Jack O’ Lantern Pumpkin Bread flavor was so good that my family and I scheduled an order of a pint of it today for some guests we have coming over. We also added The Great Candytopia flavor since it’s one of their top rated seasonal flavors. The order came quick, and they were both amazing and the packaging is super cute with napkins and utensils!

I went to Salt & Straw on Lincoln for the first time today because my daughters wanted to try it and it did not disappoint! The tall boy with the fluffy hat and makeup was sooo great with my daughters, even my youngest with special needs who rarely will say her own order. He got her to try flavors she had never heard of (which is a big deal for my pickiest eater!!). I had the pumpkin spice cone with vanilla apple and it was delicious. I rarely write reviews, but the customer service was so special here and the ice cream actually lived up to the hype so I had to... we can't wait to go back!!

I came in saturday with my family for the first time and was surprised with unique DELICIOUS flavors, and AMAZING service!!! Ashtin was so kind and let us try all the flavors we wanted, and made us feel very special! The panther coffee tres leches was SO TASTY!!!!

The flavors are terrible their vanilla tastes like medicine I threw it out after 3-5 bites… I JUST WANTED SOME COLD ICE CREAM AND THEY RUINED MY DAY BECAUSE IT TURNED INTO SLOP LIQUID AND TASTES HORRIBLY!
Had the best experience today! Trinity and Corrina were amazing. It was pouring and they gave us napkins to dry off. We got to sample some flavors too! The place was clean and the ice cream was awesome.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this shop! The place was so clean and well organized for a smooth experience. Plus, who knew such odd flavors could taste so good as ice cream!? Strawberry balsamic vinegar? Lavender Honey? AMAZING! Plus, they have monthly flavors that were to die for!
Nathaniel was so kind and welcoming from entrance to exit! He welcomed us into the store, let us try every flavor of the month (he even encouraged us to do so! How great and unexpected for an ice cream shop!?), and then was quick with getting us on our way! He even gave us some recommendations for places to check out around south beach.
Overall, would highly recommend this location and their amazing staff!

The ice cream flavors at this shop are certainly not found everywhere! So we stop in every time we visit Lincoln Road! You never know what mew combinations they will have! You are able to have a taste and from there you will be hooked! The staff has always been friendly. Yes you may not like all the flavors but trust me you will find one you like!
