We’ve been loyal Segafredo customers for over 25 years, but our experience on Friday, Halloween night, was truly disappointing.
Our group of six sat at a free table near the fountain, waiting for a waiter to take our drink order. After quite some time with no service, we decided to buy our drinks from the temporary bar located under the canopy in front of the Colony Theatre. As soon as we returned, a middle-aged waitress appeared and abruptly told us we had to either leave the table or spend $250 per person to stay. We were shocked — especially since many other nearby tables were occupied by people clearly drinking from their own thermoses brought from home.
When we explained that we had just bought drinks from the bar in front, the waitress claimed it wasn’t part of Segafredo, which I seriously doubt. To make things worse, moments after we moved to sit by the fountain, a new group arrived with their own drinks, and the same waitress greeted them warmly with hugs and smiles — clearly friends of hers. It was very obvious she was keeping the table for them.
After so many years of loyalty, this kind of treatment was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Sadly, we’ll have to reconsider returning to Segafredo in the future.

Server cold as ice....lazy. Never came to refill water....coffee made it after 3rd time simple order. Not sure how she thinks to make tips .. Used to be great service. Coffee is awesome....just server 🤦

Best place for some great drinks and food. They have a DJ on the weekends. The staff is very frienfly and efficient. We were served by Daniel who was a great host.

Went here for happy hour on Wednesday. Ordered one happy hour cocktail and something called the Keylime pie martini which was horrible.. Basically, just a glorified cocktail with hardly any vodka and just cream in a martini glass.
When I asked for the check, the bartender charged me full price for the cocktail that was on the happy hour menu and when I asked him to please change it, he gave me an attitude . Don’t go here if you want good tasting cocktails this place is not it and horrible unprofessional service.

Go for the drinks, people watching, customer service. DJ created a vibe. Nothing to write home about but appreciated the Arabic influence. Food was bad. Beef carpaccio had no taste. Pizza Divola I have had all over the world and this tasted store bought with pepper flakes under cheese. So bad for the price. However, staff and vibe are nice. Don’t come for dinner.
