There was a small error made with the food delivered to our table. It was instantly rectified.... correct food brought immediately and we were left with the original tray of food too so a Win Win all round. Then the server asked if she could refill our drinks too. We'll done Shake Shack!!

My wife and I used to live in the building next to the Shake shack on 16th and West. Some of our first dates were spent counting down on burgers and chicken sandwiches. Always brings back good memories and maybe I have to biased opinion about the test because of these great times to look back on.

Love the burgers. Also a worker there Gabriel who served my food was super nice, cleaned my table right before i sat down, brought me ketchup, good guy in general, made the experience better. Burgers are exceptional.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Paid $51 for food through the app to get delivered and the incompetent driver failed to do so. Uber gives no refunds and you call the store and nobody helps. This is ridiculous, I thought This was a serious company.

I enjoy going to Shake Shack, I came here with a group of students for a field trip, their service is friendly, I ordered myself a hotdog and I really love it!

Service is also friendly, I'm definitely looking forward to come back here again!
