I loved everything about this restaurant. We walked in on a Saturday night with no reservations. Thankfully that was not a problem. Service was great and food even better. I had the meatballs appetizer and ordered the steak and fries. Lets just say I cleaned my plates haha. Recommend for a date night or even with family or friends.
It's a cool vibe. Very different than most places in Florida and the names of food items are a little unconventional, but the flavor is definitely there! My wife and I went here for date night and very much enjoyed the burger, the salad and Thursday half off wine. The mussels were good, but VERY heavy on the blue cheese, so keep that in mind.

On a whim i was in miami beach. Pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent. I would recommend and go back. Just a culinary tableclothed, excellent service, comfy bistro atmosphere. A true delight!

Ok, this is a true gem and has reached one of my top 10 in Miami hands down. Daniela made our experience amazing with her recommendations and top notch customer service. The food, well, it’s not enough with pictures or description, you have to come to taste it. Highly recommend the Butter lettuce salad, the off the menu Vacherin baked cheese, the burger of course and the tagliolini. I need to come back and try other 5 dishes that we wished we had the stomach to keep eating!

We are locals who live in the area nearby this restaurant and decided to give it a try after driving by it several times a week. I have to say that the service was great, very attentive even though we arrive near the closing time. The wine was delicious, as well as the food, which is why I was completely caught off guard when I decided to take a bite out of my dessert and instead bitting a COCKROACH that was on it. My boyfriend wanted to complain but since we work on the service industry I am really not a fan of creating unpleasant experiences to hardworking waiters who are not at fault of the unsanitary working conditions in which the food is made. We dined on 05/16/2024 and arrived at around 9:15 pm in case the management wants to fact check my veracity.

We’ve dined at Silverlake Bistro once before and we had a great experience. The atmosphere was spectacular and unforgettable hence why we have been dying to come back.This time - not so much.We got seated and granted did come at a busier time on a Saturday.The waiter was attentive at first and took our order right away.As time passed, we noticed tables who arrived after us get their appetizers/food and it was close to an hour after we got there and still nothing - not even an update.We didn’t order anything complicated - just a French Onion Soup and Caesar Salad to start.I got up to address it and the waiter rushed the food but curious as to why it wasn’t brought out before everyone else’s. We almost got up and left because it was off putting.From what it seemed - it looked like he forgot to put in our order. Maybe he thought we wanted it tomorrow?The rest of the food came out quick, and just felt like they were trying to rush us out of there.Maybe this was an off night and was surprised they didn’t comp anything but I doubt we will return. It’s disappointing because we truly liked this place.
