I ordered from uber eats and they took the money and the order, it said it was a 45 minutes waited so I waited, they kept pushing the time and then a driver supposedly picked up the order after 1 hour and a half of wait, I was REALLY hungry, and they just cancelled the order… do not even give them a chance if you’re waiting for food to actually eat do not buy from this place

This is very terrible, don't order here. We placed an order through uber eats and it turned out that delivery was done by Smart Bowls itself and it took a very long time (it took the courier more than an hour to deliver our order, but we were 1.1 miles from their store) The order arrived cold and the portion was still small and not as good looks like in their picture (I’ll add all the photos) $18 for such a portion with such delivery is terrible

I hope you came here before ordering and didn’t make the same mistake as most of us reviewers. Order was 45 minutes late, and it’s the saddest bowl I’ve ever bought for $45 fing dollars. STAY AWAY.

Do not order from here. They blame everything on Uber but in reality it takes Forever to get your order. That’s why they have to offer the deals they do.

Just received my order using Uber eats. I got my order within 35 mins of placing it and it was absolutely disgusting.

I took no more than 3 bites of my $27 steak and chicken bowl and put it back in the brown bag it came in and placed it in the trash.

The falafel was falawful (srry I had too) lol

In all seriousness give RICE Mediterranean a try instead of this place.

This restaurant has the worst customer service of any delivery restaurant I have ever ordered from. I would order from other places. They don’t answer their phone and have drivers who don’t speak English. Give your business to someone else.

Ordered my food an hour ago and it never showed up. Lady said it was delivered but it’s nowhere to be found. Why can’t I speak to someone at the restaurant? Ridiculous.
0/10 experience! Do better.

I ordered from Uber eats and the restaurant took over 75 minutes to have the food ready (it was one bowl with chicken, nothing too crazy). The time quoted was 20-25 minutes on the app. The delivery person was sitting there waiting for over 40 minutes — I was in communication with them the entire time. I would not recommend ordering from this place.
