Unfortunately it was a terrible experience. Decided we would wait outside for a table for 30 minutes past our 7pm reservation. I was with kids and not wanting to wait at the bar so they told me to go to the park. I came back before the 30 minutes, entire party of 6 on site, and they told us they gave away our table for “first come, first serve “ and we had to wait another 30 minutes. After a round of drinks we got seated. Just placing an order took 20 minutes. We sat for an HOUR after appetizers, not only with no communication that they had some kind of mix up and dinner was delayed but with no drinks. Empty waters for adults and kids. No offer to refresh cocktails. Zero interaction with staff at all. We literally had to send someone to the staff to ask for drinks at this point or we were walking away. Food came out cold, overcooked or just simply the entirety wrong dish. After 3 hours with 2 kids past their bedtime we called it a night. Sadly it was not the experience we expected

There are absolutely no words to describe this experience. I was entertaining a dear friend visiting from South America, and he comes from an area known for its meat - he had never been to Smith and Wollensky before. Everything - EV.ER.Y.THING was ONE HUNDRED percent on-point: The ambiance? Indescribable. The cocktails? Perfect. The jumbo shrimp appetizer? Fresh. The bread? Warm and buttery. The steaks? Done to perfection according to our respective preferences. The sides? Savory. The dessert? Decadent. Never a bad meal; the service is even better, from the front door to the table. Worth EVERY penny and, if you haven't been, you're cheating yourself.

Excellent meal on a beautiful night. My daughter's steak was overcooked, but they fixed it immediately and without a moment's hesitation. Would definitely go back if were were local, or next time W were in town.

Food was tasty and service was very good. Location is perfect. Only issue, the restaurant shall update their payment process. They are using old equipment for payment or QR code with Google pay.

I weep for the cow that died to become the steak I was served. May its soul rest in peace because a great injustice was done. The cooks should be fired and never let within 500 feet of a kitchen again. Let me start by saying I am a fan of Smith & Wollensky's. I've been to multiple cities including New York and Chicago. I ordered the exact same order in Chicago-was amazing, here? Garbage. The miami location should be closed permanently and the brand should disavow it. The first steak was overcooked, very overcooked. The second was so overly seasoned it was hard to eat. I was scraping mounds of seasoning off my steak and even then it was borderline edible. The service staff were attentive and they tried their best. Unfortunately in a restaurant, service matters, environment matters, but all that only gets you so far without good food. Use some of that training budget for the cooks. Disgusted, disappointed, dissatisfied and still weeping for the poor cow who had to die for this.

Had a highly anticipated wait for this since I live here but honestly it was very basic … servered my lady a chip glass gave me an old fashioned with multiple cubes … service was decent waiter said it’s 10pm we just try g to get out of here when the place closed at 11 … hundreds of better spots on the water to choose from

The Miami Beach building stands apart within the network: positioned at the edge of South Pointe Park, it occupies a threshold between city and ocean. The two-story volume, defined by panoramic glazing and open terraces, functions as an observation platform over Government Cut, the main maritime channel. Its architecture relies on a restrained palette of wood and stone, while the dominant material is the view itself — water, horizon, and the constant movement of ships.

Most Miami steakhouses will serve you a poorly prepared Snake River farms steak. Smith & wollensky will serve you the exact same steak perfectly prepared.

Cada año que venimos a Miami, uno de los imprescindibles... Siempre Smith & Wollensky es para nosotros, un Imprescindible. Muchas gracias.

The reasoning for the score was we order the Porterhouse for two with asparagus & carrots add on one lobster tail, what we received was a Surf & Turf and added on a lobster tail which came out to be three lobster tails total. My husband is the only one that eats lobster. We were told we were not going to be charged for the extra lobster but the meal came out to be $80.00 more than the original Porterhouse for two. I don't know why we were not served what we ordered and hope this is not a regular thing that goes on at this restaurant. This was our first time visiting your establishment and it did not give off good service. You can check our check we were charged for Surf & Turf with add on lobster. Very Disappointed!
