We were here for our honeymoon and were hoping to enjoy great food. S&W fell short. The crab cake was small, the Caesar salad was dry, one of my petite filets was well done and chewy (I did ask for medium, and the second one was perfect) and my husbands 16 oz NY strip was over salted. It’s too bad. I’ve heard all about S&W and was excited to try it. Our server, Fernando, was great. Too bad the food was not.

We had high hopes for our visit to this highly recommended restaurant, but unfortunately, our experience fell short. Despite waiting two hours for our steaks, the service was lacking and unapologetic. Although we appreciated the complimentary drinks and scallops offered to us, we found it difficult to overlook the excuse of a ‘kitchen crash,’ especially when other tables came and went during our wait. It was disappointing, to say the least.

If you want to eat the best meat in Miami this is the place! It is a very traditional restaurant, expensive but has the best quality and the most spectacular meat. It also faces a bay with a beautiful view!

The views at Smith in Wollensky are fantastic. I recommend sitting outside and watching the cruise ships go by. Their steaks with Gorgonzola crusted cheese, with fries, and a salad. They're outside bars one of my favorite places in Miami to have a drink.
