I walked 1 1/2 miles on Sunday Jan 26 at 2:32pm. There was a sign on door that said out to lunch with no return time. I waited 10 minutes and the guy shows up. Does not greet me. I was waiting for him to take my order and some guy in the plaza comes in and places an order. The guy behind counter ignores me completely. I left. Worst experience at Smoothie King in 22 years. The reply from the owner is clearly generic and not written by the owner. The replyreinforces my opinion of bad customer service.
