I visited the Smoothie King location on Alton Road in Miami Beach, Florida on Monday, 2/26/24, around 10:30 AM. I decided to order the 32 oz Pineapple Surf smoothie, which came with Strawberries, Pineapples, Kiwi Apple Juice Blend, Turbinado, and Dairy Whey Blend. I requested for the beverage to be prepared thick. The associate made it perfectly. The smoothie was truly refreshing and flavorful. I also appreciated the quick, pleasant customer service. Thumbs up for this location!

I got one of the worst experiences of customer service in my life here with this lady, I had to repeat more than 4 times my order she messed it up and then I had to wait more than 15 min to give me a solution be aware of this person and the costumer service is a mess

The younger black short haired lady is very disrespectful . Couldn’t get her name . Rolled her eyes when we ordered and smart mouth I would never come back here again while she is here . Bad customer service but good smoothie .

Although the smoothie was good, the service was a little less than stellar. The young lady taking our order was obviously less than happy to be here and was pretty rude. When my husband asked for a strawberry banana smoothie, she rolled her eyes and laughed and said ok so you want the angel food too? Ok first of all we hadn't been here, second of all he didn't have his glasses so he couldn't see what was in that one. He didn't know. She could have just smiled and said that is this blah blah. When they were made my daughter asked what the one was and she got rude. She was trying to confirm which one had strawberries because my grandson ordered the same thing without strawberries. It's a simple question. Just answer and don't be rude. What happened to customer service? We weren't difficult, we weren't mean, but we should have been.

I’m still in the parking lot this just happened. I went in there and ordered a small strawberry slim and trim nothing complicated and 3 people that came in after me all got their smoothies before me. I did my smoothie sat in the blender for an additional five minutes.

Wow, they have one employee working making smoothies. Poor girl I have four people before me and now they have to make the bowls which takes time. You guys need to hire more staff.
