We loved the location and value of this hotel. The staff was friendly, it was clean, and we loved that it offers chairs and towels at the beach. The bathroom is very small, and the beds are slightly uncomfortable but otherwise we loved this hotel. WARNING! Parking is NOT included. The parking garage is 2 blocks away and it's $30/day. You can't really drive anywhere because there is nowhere to park unless you want to pay tons of money. We ended up using Uber, the city bus and bus tours to travel around. We will defiantly be back.

This was my best stay during my road trip holiday in Florida. The pool and bar on the roof were amazing (nice music and cocktails during happy hour!), the interior of the rooms unique and non-standard, friendly staff, clean and perfect service (thanks Jamé). Location couldn't be better. This is the place I'll come back next time in Miami.

Two words.Yoel and Domingo. These two made the day at the Tony hotel total so breathtakingly, simple and beautiful. Highly recommend! I’d be missing out if I was not staying at the Tony hotel. Literally these two worked so hard to make every moment here exceptionally decadent, thoughtful, and relaxing. I’ll come back! And I’ll stay here! The hotel is breathtakingly, beautiful, but these two people just made it over the top. Perfect. Congrats on hiring and keeping such valuable stuff! The best Mojito I’ve ever had at the pool!

First time staying here but now I’m Hooked. Will easily be the hotel I stay at when I visit south beach again. Great location, wonderful customer service and the food and drinks are delicious. Had a little issue when I checked in but they easily resolved it. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay! Perfect structure and room, pool, staff and position!Tasteful cocktails at convenient price on the rooftop bar during Happy hour. And complimentary beach service, with towels and two sunbeds. Super approved!

Great location and helpful staff let down by room cleanliness and in need of some updating. bathroom wasn't cleaned very well before we arrived. Bathroom tiling cracked and sink taps need repairing. Also payment system a bit antiquated, wouldn't accept my credit card that had been used all over miami without issue, so ended up using another card at extra expense to me.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Their happy hours are top of the line between 4pm- 7pm. Also want to give a special shout-out to Daniel, the reservation agent for helping make this week special for my girlfriend’s birthday. And special shout-out to Domingo, Extremely kind and patient with everyone! We will be back

Myself and my friend from England stayed at the Tony hotel south beach room 319 I cannot express how welcoming we felt while staying here. A lovely gentleman named Dominqo really looked after us that was situated in the lobby area such a kind gentleman made our stay worth while and did everything to make our stay every happy he is a credit to the hotel and should be recognised for his loyalty and hard work I want to say thank you to everyone for making our holiday a wonderful memory and we will be back in October but dominqo thank you so much your a true hard working gentleman I hope the hotel recognise your potential see you all in October Miss Amanda Phillips

We arrived at the hotel as part of our honeymoon. We were very early but they kept our bags and let us explore and also gave us an early check in. The receptionist was so lovely, gave us details of everything we needed in the hotel. We met the food and beverage manager, Anthony, who was exceptional in every way and a credit to the hotel. We arrived in our room to beautiful chocolate desserts and Prosecco- both were delicious! All staff were lovely and so helpful. The Concierge who took our bags when we were early and kept them was so helpful and friendly. Erasmo was great, he helped us to get to the shopping centre and with other amenities in the area. Darrell in the hotel bar was friendly and made us feel so welcome. The room itself was beautiful and modern yet so comfortable. Well air conditioned and had lots of tv channels for when we needed to rest after a busy day! Hotel is right beside the beach which is stunning!! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Miami.
