I appreciated the cashier who is pictured in my photos. She was pleasant, warm and welcome. I wanted to order from the secret menu and she was so patient with me and humorous. This location was a bit crowded, but the staff seem to move expeditiously to fill everyone's order.

I only leave reviews when things are that bad. This place blows my mind. There’s 6 workers in shift at a time, 2 usually working, the 4 others struggling to function on a basic level. They move slow as hell and get all flustered over little things, while also seeming to not care at all they have a line out the door. It’s like they only start caring when someone asks them to do more than one thing at a time. I’m sympathetic towards people with mental disabilities but when most of your team can’t function, it’s inconvenient.

I always shop at this Starbucks and the staff is always friendly, except today when the barista had a bad attitude. I went to order a matcha caramel protein powder, which they have on a huge sign behind them. Apparently, the cashier was new. She asked for help, and the person who helped her asked me if I wanted a latte. Honestly, I only wanted what was behind her, and I emphasized that. When she handed me my order, it wasn't green; it was a caramel latte. I told the barista it was a mistake, that I wanted the other one, and she rudely told me I ordered a latte. I pointed out that I had ordered the one in the picture, and she rudely prepared the matcha while talking to her coworker about me. When she gave me the matcha, she didn't even say thank you; she just put it on the table and turned her back on me. When I tasted it, she left clumps of matcha in it, and I could feel them. It's unfortunate when staff don't have a good attitude; it damages the image of others and the store.
You have to wait hours for a disgusting coffee. Terrible!!

Service during my visit was disappointing. The cashier handling my order was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
Food, service, and overall atmosphere did not meet the usual Starbucks standards I expect. Hopefully this location improves consistency and customer service

Stopped by this Starbucks while walking along Lincoln Road and it was a good place to take a quick break. Really convenient location and nice to sit outside and watch everything going on around you.
It gets pretty busy most of the time, so there can be a bit of a wait, but the drinks were made well and came out as expected. Staff were friendly and handled the rush fine.
Overall, a solid Starbucks in a great spot if you need a coffee while exploring Lincoln Road.
