When ordering takeout or scheduling a delivery Starbucks new rule mandates employees to affix 1 small sticker to prevent liquid spills. The 1 small sticker doesn't prevent spills. Very poor judgement Starbucks.

I literally never write reviews, especially for a place like starbucks bc honestly I spend more money on it then I should. we bought something just so we get get some water (it was HOT) but apparently that was too complicated for the employees to handle. they we making other peoples teas, coffees, AND waters which is perfectly fine. but then they quite literally skipped over us. when we brought it to their attention they all gave us attitude except for one guy that actually gave me a legitimate reason. we COUNTED the customers and there were 33 customers who had ordered AFTER us who got their stuff before we did. I’m so frustrated bc all we wanted was water. DO BETTER

I was denied a cup of water because I didn’t purchase anything. I’ve been to several Starbucks and never have I ever been denied water because I didn’t make a purchase. Do better next time.

Love this Starbucks location. Friendly staff, great atmosphere and lots of seatings available. Coffee tastes good like it’s expected. Prices are reasonable and a bit cheaper than some other Starbucks places.
