Service during my visit was disappointing. The cashier handling my order was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
Food, service, and overall atmosphere did not meet the usual Starbucks standards I expect. Hopefully this location improves consistency and customer service

Stopped by this Starbucks while walking along Lincoln Road and it was a good place to take a quick break. Really convenient location and nice to sit outside and watch everything going on around you.
It gets pretty busy most of the time, so there can be a bit of a wait, but the drinks were made well and came out as expected. Staff were friendly and handled the rush fine.
Overall, a solid Starbucks in a great spot if you need a coffee while exploring Lincoln Road.

I wouldnāt normally review a Starbucks but after going to this one 4 times in 2 days I was amazed by the truly outstanding service. Patient and kind when things got busy and super attentiveā¦I had my coffee and wrap delivered to my table..:at Starbucks! Managers, give your staff a high five and even better, a raise.

Every time I come here, Iāll order the same thing and they always charge me different prices! I spoke to three people today and they said they donāt know why they didnāt offer me any solution even though the price listed on the board was much lower

Staff here is unlike any other in Miami Beach (Sourth Florida). Very attentive to customers needs and does so all the while with smiles on their faces. Iāve been to many Starbucks in my time and in the places Iāve lived, but the manager at this particular location is by far the BEST Iāve ever encountered. Iāve watched her deal with the unruly customers as though it were a walk in the park and turn a potentially horrible situation into an āeveryone is happyā. Being in a tourist area, on a world-known tourist street, Lincoln Mall Road, there are many walks of life that go into that store and on multiple occasions Iāve watched her greet and please many a people with one big smile on her face. Tourist can often times be very rude and it seems that sheās taken that into consideration and shrugs it off and merely treats them as what they are, humans. This is not so much the case in many MANY other Starbucks locations located in tourist areas. Iāve witnessed managers get into screaming matches with guests in front of other customers. Not her. Nothing is below her. She leads by example. If trash needs to be taken out, sheās go no issue doing, rather than ordering someone else to do it. If bathrooms need tending to, sheāll do it; etc. Again, I am very lucky to have found this Starbucks and even luckier that itās a location that did not close and Starbucks kept an amazing staff and an even better manager! Kudos Starbucks!
