I am delighted with the service provided by the staff. I would like to publicly thank the service I received in this store, even though I didn't know how to speak English properly, both the attendant and the girl who produced the coffees were extremely attentive and professional. In Brazil, in my city, Curitiba, I frequent Starbucks, and I must say that the service here is a thousand times better than there. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will definitely be back!
No seating is allowed near the entrance windows are per the staff at 8pm(store closes at 10). This is where the outlet is for the computer charger so there is a lack of places to charge. Staff was quite rude about this. They should focus more on preventing homeless people who didn't pay for anything from camping in the store then people sitting near the entrance to the store and getting work done.For the manager reading this, this is for staff working on 2/7/2024 in the evening shift. Perhaps you can talk to them about who made up this rule I've never heard of?
