Nice to have a Starbucks right on Ocean Dr. If you go in the early morning, it's wonderful. Can get overly busy in the later day. Ladies at the mobile order pick-up window were very nice.

You wait online for 15 minutes to place an order and they don't tell you that there's more than a half hour. Wait to get your order after that. Took an hour to get one coffee. Ridiculous!

I visited there because there was a Starbucks near my hotel. Although it's a small store, there weren't that many people so I was able to spend a relaxing time there.

I checked the receipt just because it was much higher for the same items I ‘ve ordered in the past. Part of my order was a vegetarian sandwich, but they put in a turkey something. Glad I noticed before leaving. Then , I also noticed their prices are higher than at the other locations nearby:(

During busy times I think this store could benefit from turning off the mobile ordering feature. It was frustrating to have the app tell me 4 minutes for my order and wait just about 40 minutes. The staff is hustling and going as quickly as they can while fielding angry customer complaints. At least if mobile ordering was off then I'd know where my order stood and if I had the time to wait for it.

I ordered a glass of regular water and they wanted to charge me $1 for tap water without ice. When I asked for an explanation, the manager tried to explain to me that he was not charging me for the water but for the glass. Shameful!!! The explanation he gave me is that the place belongs to the hotel and they force them to charge for the glass. A Marriott hotel that refuses to give a glass of regular water to its customers, because if Starbucks belongs to them and I am shopping at Starbucks, I am a customer of the hotel too. I repeat, shameful!!! I hope this doesn't happen to many more customers. On a sunny day, at 29º, you will be denied a glass of water with your coffee. In many restaurants and cafes they put it directly and without asking for it.
