If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
The front-counter employee working during my visit (older, male, no name tag) was dismissive, impatient, and outright rude. His attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role.
The drink was fine, but the service was so poor it overshadowed everything. This experience fell far below Starbucks’ standards, and I hope management looks into it.

I am a regular Starbucks customer. For the first time, I was told that I would be charged extra when I asked for tap water. I was very surprised. I definitely do not recommend this place. Its tap water man tap water !

I left today feeling extremely dissatisfied with the service. After purchasing a coffee, I simply asked for a cup of tap water and was told I would need to pay an additional $1 “because of the new cup.”
I have never experienced a business charging for tap water—especially not after I’m already a paying customer. This policy is unreasonable, reflects a lack of basic customer care, and creates the impression that the coffee is prioritizing profit over providing even the most standard level of hospitality.

Experiences like this genuinely damage the Starbucks name. When a brand is known worldwide for its service, policies like these undermine that reputation and leave customers feeling unwelcome.

They don’t take questions well. They can’t seem to make customized orders well.

Went in not sure of what I wanted. Asked a bunch of questions because I hadn’t been to Starbucks in a few months. Ended up ordering the vanilla protein latte and somehow that translated to iced. They were mad at me for having to make the hot drink, when I never said iced. The employee even said to me “you should have specified you didn’t want the cold foam”. If my order is a “tall vanilla protein latte” then there shouldn’t be any confusion on the baristas end and if you’re unsure, ask!

Second time, decided to order on the app so there would be no miss understandings. Ordered a tall vanilla protein latte, no vanilla, add 4 pumps of gingerbread. I got no vanilla and No Gingerbread either.

I used the drip coffee coupon from the hotel and they left room for milk. I was never asked if I wanted room for milk so I had to go back and ask them to fill up the cup.

As a barista in a prior life, this is not how Starbucks operates. Baristas should always ask questions and never assume anything. If the customer doesn’t say iced and you are unsure, ask! Starbucks will always be confusing unless you’re a repeat customer, so don’t get frustrated with the newbies.

Also both napkin dispensers were empty at 8:30am on a Sunday. There should always be someone responsible for checking the condiments station every 20-30mins. I as the customer don’t need to tell you that the napkins are out.

I buy orange juice, and when I ask for ice on the side, they charge extra — that’s ridiculous. You may be a franchise branch, but it’s really wrong to show such inconsistency in service quality.

On August 6th around 8:30 a.m. at the register I ordered a matcha latte and made sure to specify that it should be with coconut milk, since regular milk makes me feel unwell. I also asked to have it made in my own cup. I took the drink and went to the beach, but as soon as I tasted it I realized it was made with regular milk. I wasn’t planning to argue, so I came back to the café and explained that it had been made with cow’s milk by mistake.

The cashier Julieta (hope I wrote right) started insisting that I had only ordered a regular matcha and paid for that. I’m sorry, but I clearly asked for coconut milk, and I had no idea how much extra it costs—I assumed I was paying for the drink I ordered. The cashier was very unfriendly, raised her voice, and argued with me in front of other customers. I told her it wasn’t my mistake, but she wouldn’t listen and kept arguing, when the situation could have been resolved politely by simply offering to replace the drink.

She was extremely confrontational and told me I had to pay $1 extra for the coconut milk. Paying isn’t an issue for me—the issue is that I was treated as if I was at fault, spoken to rudely, and embarrassed in front of everyone. Especially since from the very beginning I had asked for coconut milk.

I cannot recommend this place; the service was extremely unpleasant.

I just moved to the neighborhood and walk in for a Lavender matcha latte . I understand some locations no longer have it but the day before I got it at a different location. The person that took my order had such a nasty attitude for no reason. Didn’t even greet me or the person that was ordering before. I went in @1:30pm. Who ever the manager is please retrain this person. Thank you.

The worst Starbucks!!! Service zero! Any fruits not available. The person at the cash desk has nothing to do with Starbucks level of service. Zero hospitality! I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS SPOT.

The worst experience of my life at a Starbucks. We left a 15% tip for two coffees and asked for a courtesy glass of water as it was a super hot day, and they wanted to charge us over a dollar for a glass of tap water. The two servers were rude. I also asked one of them for the name of her colleague, and he told me that information was private. It makes no sense charge 15% to 20% tip with that kind of attitude.
