Last week I went to get my Caramel Frapp like I haven't had in a long time and seeing the manager or supervisor yell at one of his employees was really sad.
I don't understand how Starbucks, being such a big chain, doesn't train its managers on how to treat employees.
I've always thought that if you don't like your job, change it, but it's not fair for anyone to have witnessed that yelling. I hope that has changed the next time I visit this place.

Went to this location last week just to find out how rude the manager Kelvin at this location is, yelling at employees and treating them in a very disrespectful manner. The atmosphere in this location is terrible. Will never come back to such a bad environment. It’s very unfortunate to see this type of behavior in such a large corporation. Train your managers correctly or select the right personnel to be in a charge of a group of people. This is a coffee shop not the barracks.

This coffee shop is in the center of the shopping area with a department store nearby. Also a bunch of restaurants along a pedestrian area. We came in out of the humidity to refesh outselves.

Dear stranger who took my coffee order, today. Thank you for doing the unusual thing. The usual thing is having people disregard me and rudely interrupt my order to ask a question, with no "excuse me," or "sorry." The usual thing is having clerks indulge them and leave me standing there twiddling my thumbs, while they finish satisfying "the real" customer. But you did the unusual thing. You turned to the interrupter, politely said, "Just a moment," then turned back to me and finished taking my order. You then answered the interupter's question, turned back to me and said with a sweet smile, "I don't like when people do that."

In a world filled with rude, self-absorbed and bigoted people (yes, I've watched people sizing me up to see if I deserve the common courtesy they might otherwise give someone who looked like me), your small, common sense gesture gave me a sense of normalcy and made me feel human.

The capped all the electricity. When I asked why the employee said "people abuse them". What? Has every other Starbucks on earth figured how to not have their outlets abused? It looked like the canned response is go to our contact page (presumably so people can't see publicly how this Starbucks treats customers).

GET IT TOGETHER! This location stays…STAYS ignoring online mobile orders for food items.

What’s the point of placing a mobile order when the estimated pick up time is dependent on when one tells the employees something?

The worse part is coming in and just standing there like a goddamn idiot waiting for at least some kind of acknowledgment but nothing. Like the employees are too good to look up and greet.
It’s called customer care.
