My friend Victor passed away while working at this store. Almost 20 years of service and his niece has a gofundme page set up because you will not even pay for his funeral. Boycott Starbycks for

BAD ATTENTION!! As for the employees, I am a regular customer because I live in the area. Today I went to have my coffee. The person who served me was a small bearded guy. Unfortunately, I didn't see his name from the beginning. He didn't want to serve me with the card. When I paid, I threw out my card. and sandwich I told him he wasn't doing his job well I showed him my code so he could scan for my points he never really did it bad service and professionalism

Great Starbucks.Usually gets pretty packed so I suggest using mobile order.Really nice staff. Make sure you treat them kindly. ?
I've been a regular at both locations (here and Pennsylvania) for a few years. Everyone has always been kind because I'm not RUDE. Anyways, one of my favorite people is Lynn. She works in both locations, so whenever I get my fix, I'm always looking for her, lol. Again, everyone is super nice but Lynn is my go to. Her energy just enhances my coffee. Thanks Lynn, lol.

One of the nicest Starbucks I've ever seen, mega clean , super great attention. As soon as I stepped in I was greeted. The decoration is very good and it's super comfortable to hang out or do your work on a laptop, drink some coffee.

How is it possible that almond or oat milk can be an up charge? Seriously Starbucks, you give free drinks to to every homeless who comes in, but I have to pay an extra $1 because I don't drink disgusting cows milk? F off

I recently visited the Starbucks on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach and I have to say, it was a disaster of an experience. As someone who generally enjoys Starbucks, this visit left me incredibly disappointed. The first thing that struck me was the seemingly endless line that wound through the store. It was a busy day and I understand that Starbucks can get crowded, but the line management here was abysmal. There seemed to be a lack of organization, resulting in a chaotic and frustrating wait. The workers behind the counter appeared overwhelmed and were rather terse in their interactions with customers, which only added to the unpleasant atmosphere. As for food and beverage quality it was subpar. I ordered a dry cappucino with skim milk and it was neither dry or skim. I also ordered Sous Vide eggs and they were falling apart in the package and not even hot enough. To make matters worse, the state of the bathroom was abominable. My kids needed to use it and it was filthy. II also couldn't help but notice broken lock. It was very concerning for privacy and safety, more for my kids than myself. In the end, this branch was a letdown. The combination of the disorganized service, unfriendly staff and the deplorable state of the restroom made for a disappointing experience. I hope that management can take steps to address these issues and get it to an acceptable level.
