This Starbucks is in the perfect spot, just steps away from the beach, ideal for grabbing a coffee before or after some sun and sand. I’ve been to this location several times, and it’s always buzzing with customers, whether it’s morning or afternoon. Despite the crowd, the staff manage to keep things running smoothly, and the service is consistently great.
The service was okay, what I don't understand is why would you only leave 2 staff members to close a Starbucks in the middle of Miami on a Saturday? Especially those two employees very obviously not having enough training. I work with coffee also so I ordered and the cashier asked me what I was even ordering.. Please train your staff members better if you are going to leave them alone on a busy night. My order was done wrong but I just wanted to leave at that point. Nice...
