Purchased a beverage this morning from this location and after a hour+ of being here doing some remote work for my company, I was asked did I purchase something to be sitting there. No one else sitting around me was asked this question! Im not sure if it’s because the bev was finished and trashed already or what but this is very cringe! I live in this neighborhood and have been coming to this location for 3+ years and I’ve NEVER been asked this! Definitely won’t be back here!!!!!

If you come here, don’t let these two make your drink. They don’t follow directions and like to rush. I’ve had to get my drink remade because of them 4 different times. ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO MAKE YOUR DRINK TO AVOID TIME WASTED

The store was extremely disorganized — nobody seemed to know where to line up or wait, and the whole process was painfully slow. There were about 7 or 8 people waiting, but only one staff member was taking orders.

Unlike a typical Starbucks where there’s a clear flow — one side for ordering, the other for pickups — this location had no clear structure. Everything felt chaotic and inefficient, which made the experience quite frustrating.

Every time I come to this Starbucks location is dirty, outside tables dirty, inside tables dirty, people attending, in a bad mood, bored and rude. Whats going on here!!!!. Starbucks is a big corporation. Then people complain about AI is going to substitute humans, well do better.
LOVE YOUR job, do your best and have a posititive attitude, clean around PLEASE!! MANAGEMENT DO something in this location.

I'm leaving five stars as a nod to a particular staff member (I asked for his name & it's Enrique) whose demeanor is exceptional and the good nature and good service and I feel good about spending my money there. 100%. I'm a tourist & have only been there a handful of times - but you know how it is - there are people who stand out. They drive customer experience & loyalties. Right on.

Quick and friendly service, beverages up to Starbucks standards. Love that they have the Trenta size!! This shop is right next to my hotel so I will be visiting every day until the end of my trip!
