I waited over 20 minutes for a beverage. My order was completely overlooked. When I informed the staff about the extensive wait, they simply said "Okay and...." unapologetic, unprofessional and rude. That's not what I would call a welcoming environment that encourages a return visit or an incentive to spend money at the establishment.

Shayyyyy is the absolute best human of all time! She served me and my mate twice when we were on holiday and I am so grateful because her joy is exactly what you need at the beach!Starbucks is basically the same anywhere you go but a great barista makes it so much better!

They made drinks for customers who ordered after me & even gave out free water to walk-ups before making my paid drink. My cup was just sitting there being ignored.
