I don’t usually write reviews for Starbucks, but here it goes. Starbucks locations attached to hotels tend to be pricey, but Nikko truly makes this one stand out. From the moment you walk in, his energy is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. With such exceptional hospitality, he definitely deserves a raise. Great job, Nikola!

Every time I tried to buy coffee (or anything else) they t was either so backed up or completely empty (no employee present). The one time I managed to get service, the employee had a really heavy accent, and I couldn’t understand him. He couldn’t understand me, either. It was frustrating.

Le pire Starbucks de ma vie et pourtant j’en suis une grande adepte. Entre le personnel, le tarif, et la qualité, rien n’est au rendez-vous. Le coût des boissons est le double par rapport à n’importe quel Starbucks (et c’est même pas bon). Le personnel se fout ouvertement de notre gueule (certainement parce qu’on est français et qu’on comprend pas grand chose). Ils imposent un pourboire de 20% LOL.

With no signage, letting you know, they charge 2 to 3 dollars more on every item that I wanted and ended up paying over nine dollars for a latte. It’s crazy.

This starbucks has the best staff possible!! I've been coming here for a few days since I discovered this location and the staff already know who I am! Angie was kind and patient with me and recommend my new favorite vanilla cold brew! Ignacio was also friendly! I'll definitely be coming back these days! 👍👍

SCAMbuks.... in this place they scam you with double of the price..11$ for a cappuccina that was 3/4 foam.... tip was already set up for another 3$ making this a over 15$ cup of foam....

Nicolas is an absolute joy and made my Miami Starbucks one to remember. Top tier customer service, very knowledgeable about products and genuine service with ease. He is a good asset to this location. As you can see my drink was delicious ?
Prices are double the price of any Starbucks. Staff is extremely slow and their credit card machine was down. If you don’t want to ruin your morning I wouldn’t come here. 3 people working behind the counter just chilling with no urgency

Decent service, although the drink sometimes comes out dark. It has a nice atmosphere. Almost $10 for a latte, which is kind of expensive. This place is a hit or miss. I prefer other Starbucks that are real and not just independent, they make it seem like they can do whatever they want. No nearby spots for parking, so for people visiting you need to come by bike or walk, or park somewhere far away. I do like the atmosphere and how clean the store is designed, although that does not contribute to the quality of the service and drink taste.

Prices are double of a regular starbucks “because they are part of the hotel”. Otherwise a nice clean place, although bathroom is a bit inconvenient (in the basement)

Went in the late afternoon for a “cold chocolate” and a pesto egg sandwich and it was excellent. Definitely better than the starbucks nearby. And the baristas are so nice especially two named nico and Francisco. Definitely should stop by if you want to have a laugh.
