This particular establishment charges 41% more on everything than any other Starbucks location in Miami beach on the same avenue. Frappuccino after taxes will cost around 11$ Eggbites 10$, etc. On top of that, the staff expects a tip, which as much they deserve it, then my coffee will be over 14$! I was in Miami Airport a few days ago and compared the menus, and the price differences are obvious. The owner owns the actual building and the business above starbucks, so this is pure greed ! Let me start by saying, I agree Starbucks is overpriced. BUT Starbucks attached to hotels are extremely overpriced. The markup is wild! It was either paying $8.05 for a spinach feta wrap at Starbucks or $18 for an omelet at my hotel's restaurant. I was in Ft Lauderdale two days ago and the same wrap was $5.95 and it was a Starbucks at the Westin. Enough of my rant. The service was great. The barista was very friendly and ensured I knew that my wrap was going to take a few more minutes to prepare and thanked me for my patience. I like the outdoor patio and it had plenty of seating but on a corner where it's very busy and you will see a lot of cars passing by to make the light. Overall it's a typical Starbucks setting.

Went here twice , the American Starbucks branch is better than the UK . The server was so nice and we can see they work really hard we decided to tip them . The food is really good and the vibe is nice . In the UK we don’t have cake pops but oh my god these are

Went there 2 years ago and thought everything was great. Small and nice and very cozy. We're really looking forward to coming back to you in 6 weeks and starting the day with your delicious things.

The other day, I went out for a drink because I wanted a good vanilla latte. I arrived and was assisted by a boy (with little English) but very loving. I took my order and waited for it to be prepared. Another guy (who seemed to be new) prepared it for me. Apparently, as you are learning, he got confused and misdelivered my order. So I walked over and asked them to prepare it for me again. The guy very kindly told me there was no problem and apologized. But a woman (who seemed to be his manager) scolded him in a horrible way. I have never seen someone treat an employee so badly. The truth is that the attention had been incredible until this woman appeared and filled the store with bad vibes. It would seem that he never trained a beginner.The truth is that I cannot tolerate that level of abuse and I do not plan to ever return as long as that manager continues. A shame for the guys who are very attentive and kind.
Stop ripping tourists off by adding 40% to your regular prices! Don’t you have enough money yet Starbucks???

Nikola and Sofia attended to me and they were super friendly and patient. I mistakenly ordered a flavor I didn't like (my mistake) and they helped me choose a flavor I liked. Everything clean, super nice atmosphere and excellent service! I'll be back every time I'm around!
