Horrible service. Staff couldn’t bother to listen. I ordered a venti iced double chocolate matcha. They handed me plain matcha with zero chocolate. When I asked why the chocolate layer was missing, they acted confused for several minutes and then gave me a chocolate mocha instead. Not even close.
I asked for light ice; they packed the cup with ice like they were trying to save on ingredients. If you can’t get a basic drink right, what’s the point? Absolutely disappointing.

Avoid this Starbucks. I received a latte that was just steamed milk with no espresso at all, and the staff's reaction to my complaint was shockingly rude. They clearly don’t care about quality control or basic customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Coffee excellent. Service has varied a bit from excellent to mediocre. Bring exact change. They don't allow bills higher than $20.

The employee who closed on 10/11/2025 I didn’t catch their name, but they were AMAZING. He was so sweet, helpful, and didn’t make it feel like an inconvenient experience.

This location deserves half a star. They do however have an amazing employee Asia I believe is her name. She is the most attentive and professional employee there. I always enjoy when she makes me my BSSE with love!

I stopped by this Starbucks location several times before I did my Publix shopping just to get my energy going. It is one of the larger stores with plenty of seating. I usually get an Iced Mocha,
and they make a good one. The service has always been friendly here. This last time I bought an orchid plant for a friend's birthday. The parking is easy as it is,attached to the building, and is free.

Ridiculously slow. And really just incompetent. I ordered a cold brew and waited 10 mins while one person made a bunch of silly drinks ahead of me and the counter person just stood there rather than pouring me a simple cold coffee.

It's a great store with always friendly staff, today I bought a coffee and before I leave the store, I asked for a cup of water which to my suprise it was charged 54cents.... A paying customer after purchasing a product needs to pay to receive a cup of tap water? A 6$ coffee wasn't enough profit for corporate? I'm sure that wasn't an employee decision rather than management, but hopefully, someone will see this review from the store and stop this stupid policy...

Great except for every other day they have no ice. Despite being in and licensed by a grocery store.. with ice… this location still claims no ice. I’ve never seen any other Starbucks location face this same difficulty without being able to come to a permanent solution.

No more gentrification! We have a lot of Latin coffee places around, small businesses that need our support. They make the soul of this part of MB. No need for a chain in this neighborhood. Go away!
