Each time I visit this establishment, I am consistently informed by the same employees that they are out of Java chips. Today was no exception. After being told once again that they did not have Java chips, I decided to leave. I then entered Publix and purchased some food. As I sat outside to eat, I overheard the same employees questioning what I wanted. Despite this, I chose to ignore their comments and enjoy my meal. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by the current staff. It’s 11:17am right now and there is a tech servicing the machines sneezing all over the place while food and beverages are being served.

I will never come here again. I am not one to leave a bad review. But this is the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. It was the worst coffee I had ever had. And the manger excused me of not paying when I used my Apple Pay and humiliated me in-front of everyone . Poor customer service by far the worst experience I’ve had.

If there was an option to leave negative stars, this location would be a leader. Rude associates, talk down to customers and never smile. I only go there because my daughter likes pastries, but hate the experience every single time. Brand management should take notice.

Wow, this is the first time and last I come to this Starbucks. It is on the same floor as publix and its convenient but dont waste ur money here. Employees dont want to be here, they are rude to customers and quality of the drinks are not the same as other Starbucks, i ordered the lavender oatmilk matcha… #1:no lavender but a bunch of matcha powder and whip cream. Very dissapointed i had to throw half of my drink away bc it was disgusting.

Starting with a “service” to the actual coffee is just trash! Worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been at. Nasty and lazy workers, coffee never tastes like the coffee made in any other location even when I order the same coffee every single time. They tried to charge me for syrup $0.80 cents each pump in both of my “pistachios latte”.. The employees are rude and obnoxious, chatting between each other ignoring customers waiting in line. Just awful location. Should be shut down.

Starbucks is usually recognized for its amazing customer service as soon as you walk in. But this Starbucks has to be by far the WORST customer service Iv ever experienced in any Starbucks and thats counting other states. Im a Miami Beach resident and this is my closest Starbucks. EVERY time I go and these 3 ladies are in I already know the service is going to be terrible. EVERY TIME I GO these ladies are either gossiping, popping their gum or cursing out loud. The last time was the last straw. I go to place my order and the lady in the back is literally gossiping with the cashier as im placing my order talking over me. The cashier proceeds to talk to her and instead of listening to me she talks over me. Everytime she adds an item she tells me the price as if im done ordering??? She did that 3 times. I go to reassure she got my order right and of course im given attitude by both the cashier and the barista. I go to ask the barista if she added the xtra pumps and before im even do asking she says very rudely “she added it.” Im very respectful either way but I just think Starbucks should have nicer people who actually want to work. The lady in the back was literally saying out loud “ I can’t wait to leave Miami”. Like ??? Okay lol. I really hope management does something about these ladies because EVERY TIME they are there their attitudes and customer service is complete trash. As a Miami Beach resident im greatly disappointed.

Baristas were some of the rudest I have ever dealt with. The one was slurping her cereal milk as she was taking my order and it was dripping down her face. Just
