We called ahead to confirm the pool was open, and were told it was. But when we arrived with a group of friends, the staff greeted us with a very unfriendly attitude. There was still an hour left until closing, but they told us we could only stay for “one round” and basically made us feel like we weren’t welcome. Super disappointing vibe, especially considering we made the effort to check before coming. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting a chill experience or decent customer service.

We showed up for our reservation on a Saturday night and were literally the only people dining there. It was odd, but we'd had a long day and didn't feel like making a new or different plan. Service and food were great! I suppose it's more of a fun daytime spot by the pool rather than an evening dinner.

Had a blast at the strawberry moon pool party. I wasn't staying at the hotel so you need to go online and purchase a ticket at $25 for all day access. Two decently sized pools sit in front of a bar of the same length. DJ plays music right alongside this setup with multiple lounge chairs and cabanas beneath umbrellas on this very large outdoor elevated patio. Can be a bit quieter on a weekday but definitely super popular and maybe even hard to get into heading into the weeknd so get your ticket early. Also worth mentioning no need to bring your own towel as they have free towels available.

No vibe anymore, we arrived at 7:00pm and service was nonexistent. No one at host stand, only a couple tables filled. Staff seemed disorganized and menu changed. We left.

No gluten free options for main course, they changed the menu from the last visit which is why I came back. It used to be really good. Had a business dinner with 9 women. We tried to take a photo with our camera and security started yelling at us even though THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE THERE. If you're going for content, don't bother.

This place is a scam ! They charged me twice for a bottle and said it would return to my bank and it never did , tried contacting them and they seem not to care . Save your time and go somewhere else it’s not all that great also
Very bad experience overall. The food was average and the service was the worst. It was as if they went out of their way to make us feel unwanted. The employees don't seem like they want to be there. The management was very rude and aggressive. We planned on spending the day at the pool after brunch, but ended going back to our hotel right after the meal. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst experience I've had in any US city. I guess since they include the gratuity in the check, they think they can treat customers like trash... I honestly don't know why these people are in the service industry.

Even as a guest of the hotel you get your beach bag searched for drinks or food uou cannot bring in the pool. I got and opened small bottle of water which i needed to take some pills an hour later and thay told me i could not take it with me because “guests HAVE TO BUY drinks inside”. This is ridiculous. I would have probably spent money on cocktails later anyway but i decided not to use the pool because this manners with guests are coercive and absolutely rude. I understand that the rules state that no outside drinks are allowed, but stop someone for bringing the equivalent of a glass of water is idiocy
