Lobster bisque and sides of mashed potatoes and corn were all cold, steaks weren’t prepared as ordered. A premium steak restaurant out mushrooms at 7:15PM. Service earned nothing more than the 20% long waits for drinks, bread, water, and the entrees. Server never checked back on the table, offered dessert options, made pepper available and was noticeably absent much of the time. Building and restaurant facilities are good and were obviously great was upon a time but everyone in our group expected a better meal from a better staff.

Restaurant is beautiful. Staff was kind as well. However, I specifically told our server I was not hungry and ordered accordingly. I ordered the lobster, when my bill arrived I realized he charged me for a whole lobster when I fully expected a half. The lobster came out mushy and cold. Mashed potatoes I sub’ed for fries were very good. It was late and I was so exhausted I didn't say anything. But it has continued to bother me that I ended up paying for a whole lobster that I didn't even eat because it was poorly served. I assume he did that because their gratuity is auto-added to the bill.

Not a good experience. We ordered a cocktail and the waiter asked which brand of bourbon we wanted in the cocktail. We selected a brand off the top of our heads. When the bill arrived, what was supposed to be two $21 cocktails was two $50 cocktails. At no time were we told that there would be an up charge for choosing the alcohol brand. We simply chose a brand because we were asked to. Spoke to the manager who refused to make any changes or to even see our point of view. Left with a bad taste in our mouth. Seems very deceptive so do not trust this restaurant!

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. Not sure I'd rush back. The petite filet was quite good.
Diana and Manager Michelle were so unprofessional. I decided for second time go as walking to this restaurant because there was a lot of availability online, but when I get there with my husband and 1 year old baby Diana says sorry only previous reservations, so I thought let’s try again if I can make the reservation online, so I did it and then I came back for my reservation at 7:00 pm and with a reservation made they say again sorry but they’re not gonna give us table I ask for the manager Michell and make me wait for Michell more than 15 minutes holding my baby and she never came. when we got tired of waiting and decided to leave 3 minutes later they canceled the reservation 😳 BTW food is good but considering I paid 1000$ for 4 ppl the first time but that is normal. Beautiful, special occasion restaurant. Server was so nice and attentive, making good recommendations. We shared a beet salad and the Bone-In Ribeye with 2 sides (mushrooms and spinach) and couldn't even finish it all. Drinks were delicious as well. The Miami Sour was so good! Don't miss the creme brulee for dessert!
We dined at Prime 54 on New Year’s Eve and were required to pay a pre-fee for the evening, which already included a 20% charge. We understood this given the holiday and had no issue with it.
However, after ordering a very expensive bottle of wine, we were surprised to see an additional 20% charge applied to the wine itself when the bill arrived. We politely asked if the 20% could be removed from the bottle while still being applied to the rest of the meal, especially since we had already paid a pre-fee with gratuity included.
The waiter told us there was nothing he could do and stated that we were required to inform him before the bottle was brought to the table if we did not want the extra 20% applied. We have dined at many high-end restaurants and have never encountered a policy requiring guests to proactively opt out of a gratuity on a single bottle of wine, particularly one that is not clearly disclosed in advance.
When we asked to speak with a manager, the waiter said come with me and took us to security. What a shock he sent me, my husband and daughter to security! We were mortified that was how he treated us. It felt inappropriate and unnecessarily escalated a billing question. Even the security guard agreed that the situation seemed unreasonable. Because it was New Year’s Eve, no manager was available at the time, and despite expressing interest in resolving the issue afterward, we have not heard back.
Between the pre-fee already charged at 20% and the additional 20% applied to an expensive bottle of wine—with no clear disclosure or flexibility—this experience left a very poor impression. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone planning to purchase higher-end wine.

Spectacular meal. Excellent service. A bit pricey but didn't mind as food was absolutely delicious. Nice splurge meal. Got the Chateaubriand for two. Perfectly cooked. Sides of sweet potato and corn very unique presentation quite good! Highly recommend
Fantastic food and service. Great wine list, great menu, great flavor, outstanding service!
Everything we had was extremely salty. We ended up only taking a few bites of food and wouldn't even take it home because it was awful. $550.00 night shot!
Gabrielle was a great waiter. Very informative and very personable! My wife and I really enjoyed conversing with him.
Lobster was fantastic and my wife's filet was uniquely great with the sauce on the plate! Recommend!
Cesar salad almost melted in the mouth somehow!
