Prime 54

I had to ask for service for our table after a 30 min wait while both tables on either side of us. Our wait was so egregious that a bus boy tried to get us service. The 20% included gratuity was criminal and unwarranted.

Staff was friendly, ambiance was really nice (even though they were getting rid of a large crowd after a private event), and my waiter Carlos was superb! The food was really good, highly recommend the grilled shrimp!

Jonas was our waiter and was the absolute BEST SERVER!! He was so attentive and made sure our dining experience was the best ever! 10/10 recommend and ask to sit in his section!!

We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Our waitresss, Jeanine, offered impeccable service. Our meals were also delicious and beautifully prepared and presented to us.

Our server, Carlos, helped make our meal a wonderful dining experience. The oysters were served ice cold and delicious. We shared the Chateaubriand and sides was perfect. It was just the right amount of food. We finished the meal with the largest, richest chocolate cake I ever encountered. It was a great meal and Carlos was a delight.

Unfortunately I can't give 1/2 a star. Overall experience was very good. The grilled octopus was the best I have ever had. The risotto was tasty but a bit rich. Service took some time but overall I thought it was a great experience. I would recommend to eat here

We went to celebrate a birthday. Our hostess originally sat us at a two seater by a railing. I asked to change our table to a booth and she did it. Our waiter, Ryan was excellent! We had a delicious meal - their take on the oysters Rockefeller was fantastic! We had the ribeye with truffle butter and mashed potatoes. The ribeye melted in our mouths. We ended the meal with the chocolate layer cake. Fabulous!

We went to Prime 54 for the "Miami Spice" event where you get a 3-course meal for a flat rate of $60/pp. The choice was minimum so we had to order extra items just to make the meal complete. We didn't realize that drinks were not included and so we all asked for water. THEY SERVED US TAP WATER THAT WAS ALMOST UNDRINKABLE. Imagine a 4-star restaurant not serving filtered water. The total bill was $420 for 4 people and I will never go back there. It was too dark, the server too stoic, and the food portions were small. The next day we went to Moshi Moshi and the food was amazing and we had so much food we needed to-go containers, and yes, they served us filtered water. Total bill $152 for 4 people. Moshi Moshi is now my favorite restaurant in South Beach.

Beware ROACH infested restaurant! We went to have family dinner to Prime 54 for my wedding dinner and saw a roach crawling on our table chair and another roach on the floor by the entrance. We left and never going back.

Great evening. Excellent Caviar service. Great steaks. The Somm, Charlie, decanted our wine including a 63 Port. He also made arrangements for us to enjoy it with cigars after dinner on their outside patio. ???

The food was good, but I wouldn't say exceptional. The service was very good, prompt and helpful. Probably slightly overpriced, but it's a steakhouse on the beach in Miami so I guess that's to be expected.

Gutes Essen, aber schlechtes Timing. Die Getränke kommen erst nach der Vorspeise, keine Pause zwischen den Gängen - obwohl ausdrücklich gewünscht. Alles wirkte sehr gehetzt. Kein entspanntes Erlebnis. Und dafür insgesamt zu teuer.

My husband and I celebrated our 7th anniversary and had the best experience here! The service was incredible and the food and drinks were out of this world as always! Thank you for making our anniversary even better!
