Prime 54

Food was very flavorful, but the rest was less than perfect. The music was too loud - we couldn’t even hear each other speak. The loud obnoxious party of 8 next to us was never asked to control their behavior, even when we requested they be subdued. The dress code was completely ignored. For a $300 dinner I expected better everything all the way around.

The food was delicious and the martinis were well made but it was just so expensive. I'm we had 2 starters, shared a steak and 2 sides with 2 glasses of wine and the bill was nearly $500. And they added a tip but then left the add gratuity blank on the credit card slip to try and get double tips. A practice I abhor. So food is great and the lighting is flattering but it is PRICEY

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary all weekend at the beautiful fontainebleau, and prime 54 was a highlight of our trip. The food and atmosphere was all terrific. The steak was flawless and the jumbo shrimp are a must have (HUGE). The service is the real reason for my review. Manuel was outstanding in every aspect from the moment we sat down until the moment we left. Thank you for everything Manuel and the entire staff at prime 54! Thats how you treat your guests !!

Food was fantastic. Prices are in line with other expensive steak houses these days, but this time I appreciate the value. Entore meal was delicious.

Our server, David, was wonderful! He was patient and told us how large portions really were so we didn't over order. The tomahawk was delicious according to those that ate it. I had sole which was perfectly prepared. All the food was well seasoned. Drinks were also very good with a large section of whisky and bourbon. We all really enjoyed it!

Food was beyond phenomenal, service was personalized and courteous, space was gorgeous and dimly lit, overall fantastic experience!

Excellent evening at Prime 54. Food was phenomenal, service was terrific, and they were super as the dinner was for our first anniversary. Cannot say enough about the staff and recognition of the occasion.

The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed — perfect for an evening out. Our server, Manuel, truly excelled. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was perfect without ever feeling rushed. His recommendations were spot-on and really elevated the whole experience. The steaks were cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every side and cocktail complemented the meal perfectly. You can tell this place takes pride in every detail, from service to presentation. Overall, one of the best dining experiences in Miami. Highly recommend Prime 54 — and if you go, ask for Manuel!

Great tomahawk steak prepared perfectly medium. Loved the Charred octopus, mashed potatoes, burrata and phenomenal wine selections.

Awesome server team, table, meal and atmosphere. Great value also, we split our entree and 2 sides. We were stuffed.

I'm a foodie, this is a real review. The food looked good but, taste wise it was just alright for me. I had the Bone-in Ribeye, the Lobster was over seasoned and the Sweet Potato was bland. I checked the reviews before I came and I left disappointed.

My family and I enjoyed dinner at Prime 54 but the service we received from Janine was fantastic!

Restaurant is super pricey. But besides that overall experience was great . Steak was a little dry but that's okay. Person who was serving us did an amazing job.

Everything was excellent. Service was perfect, food was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful evening. We will be back.
