I made a reservation for my boyfriends birthday. Everyone made him feel very welcome. The place was beautiful. There are beautiful wood floors and leather seats. We got monkey bread with butter and fresh grated cheese to start. It was delicious! He got a châteaubriand which was a 20oz steak. I got a filet mignon I think it was 6 Oz. Anyway they are wood fired, amazing flavor! We also got mashed potatoes with trufflebutter gravy. I loved them, he didn't really care for truffle butter. Anyway, go check them out. Janine was out server, she was very knowledgeable. She did a great job being attentive and catering to our needs without us having to say a word. Tony, the gm, also table touched after our meal! 5/5 thank you, Prime54!

First thing, it was my birthday when we went and there was not one person from their staff who did not wish me a happy birthday. Absolutely amazing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The food was unbelievably exceptional. My steak was cooked perfectly with amazing flavor, the wine was delicious, the bread melts in your mouth. 10/10 reccomend anyone and everyone to dine at Prime 54.

We sat at the bar as we usually enjoy the service and interaction that comes with it. We had the seafood tower, it was the best seafood tower that we ever had. Service was great. Will definitely come back next time we visit South Beach

My waiter Carlos was amazing made me and my wife feel like we were the only couple in the restaurant. He was amazing and friendly very attentive. The true definition of customer service!!! 10 stars

Coming from Chicago we are used to great steakhouses and Steak 54 can stand with any of them . My husband had a ribeye two nights in a row and the third night a skirt steak, all were cooked, perfectly simply fantastic . I had some fresh oysters for my appetizer one night and scallops another night. I had the Dover sole all three nights that we ate at the restaurant, outstanding. Marcos was our server he was attentive and genuine. Great service !!!!

I have eaten here many times, and it's always been a great meal. Since changing to Prime 54 they have different bread(which is still good) and was so looking forward to having the buns infused with truffle butter. The wedge salad was very good . The skirt steak was great as well as the Mac n cheese.

Truly a memorable experience. Everything was done first class; the service was impeccable, the wine pours generous, the course choices and execution sublime. Perfectly portioned and prepared, every plate was a work of art and absolutely delicious. Literally every person we came in contact with went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. And we did!

We were warmly greeted. We were seated in a booth with a round table. It was in a quiet area and very comfortable. The server was attentive and explained the menu making helpful suggestions of what to order. We had a delicious bottle of champagne to start off. We shared the wedge salad and ordered the waygu striploin. The bread is to die for. It is so good and not to be missed. The salad was fresh and the bacon delicious. The steak was perfectly seasoned and more than the two of us could eat. The creamed spinach was also very good. Dessert was the brownie and it was very beautifully presented and was very tasty. Dinner is not inexpensive but despite that, we would go back.

If you go to a steak house- order steak. We got the salmon and it was relatively flavorless and dry. The prawn appetizer was ok- impressive to look at but not knock your socks off. Bread was wonderful with a pillowy top of Romano. Got the (deconstructed) wedge salad that wasn't a wedge. Was not bad. Next time we will try a steak. Waitstaff was professional and helpful.

The food was unbelievable good The servers were great I don't like a 20% service charge automatically add to my bill. I still tip because I don't know how much gets to my server. I guess it's a standard practice. Welcome to Miami Beach

Sub prime 54! This was a strange dining experience. As this was touted as michelin rated which to me means the food and the experience we found it wanting. A few things we wish to pass along to the persons running the food fair. First bread service as big as a muffin (tasty though) when we asked for more we were immediately told first muffin on the house all else was 7 dollars we said ok then cancels after 15 minutes and no bread at the table. The 150 dollar steak share is usually reserved for the tomahawk. Not a 28 ounce t bone cut for 2. Sides were al a cart and touted as shareable for the table which is fine but serving size was per person. Also never been to a 5star establishment with no bathroom. Go out in the hall and use the public's area. Also wait staff understood no English cleared plates while we were still eating and even when asked twice to box the left overs tossed them in the bin. Maybe this is what happens when tips are added in regardless of service. Chef whatch your pass and train the staff for service if you are charging $$$$$. This is no privilege in overpaying for a meal. Lastly food preparation was spot on and seasoned perfectly although the added finish to the steak was judged lumped in the steak cold and not melted. If we ask how a steak is finished know we want the finished butters spread and melted in under the sear station. It's not the customers job to correctly apply a finishing butter I hold rather it be done in the pan with a spoon and the set to rest. I would go back but thought chef would like a real review a a good meal killed by his staff

Classic, old school steakhouse. Fantastic dry aged steaks (we had the porterhouse and NY strip). Fontainebleau is always a happening place so nothing better than grabbing a cocktail at the lounge bar before dinner.
